I don't even know how many times I've been exploring, but my wolves almost never find prey anymore. I think it's been about four times now I've been exploring and I find nothing, maybe like two squirrels. I am a newer player. Is this normal and do you find prey less frequently as you level up? Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of finding prey? I also seem to be finding less things in general in Explore.

The prey and predator stuff is random occurances, there is never a set number of prey that you will find. But in the winter it gets realy hard. leveling up doesnt really affect prey count as far as I can remember. But forest in springtime is a great way to find prey also your wolves character attributes will affect this: add cp(character points) to your wolves stealth. helps a bit

Yeah, I know there's more prey in Spring and yeah, I add CP. I've been trying to add more stealth. I've found that level 5 of the forest I get tons more prey than levels 6, 7 or 8. So I just keep going back to it. It's the only way I can get food. Is it possible my wolves don't have enough CP per wolf, like maybe your wolves have to have more CP the higher they advance in Explore? I have a bigger pack probably than I should so CP is spread pretty thin between my wolves everyday. I'm working on trying to sell some and see if that helps. Thank you for the reply! :)

Try Forest Level 2. Lots of rabbits and squirrels, great for BE training.

Spring and summer are the best times to find prey. As WP is based off of real life. Winter they are asleep hibernating. While in Fall, well I'm not to sure. But spring and summer are usually the best times to find them
