I am not sure whether this is a glitch or related to a different issue, or if I overlooked a pre-existing thread on the topic, but just now I have experienced the inability to send Mailbox Messages without getting an "Advertising" notice from the Wolf Play Game sender. I receive the following message in my inbox: "Spam Was Not Delivered. Please review the Site Terms Of Use regarding advertising of other games/websites." The reason I am confused is because the message I am trying to send does not contain anything related to other games/websites. It is simply a bio commission, perhaps the writing format is triggering some kind of spam alert? It is all plain text though so I'm not sure if that's it. I have tried sending the message twice, once to myself as a preview and again to the actual bio requester, both messages trigger the spam response. Please let me know if it would help to post the actual message contents and I will happily do so. Thank you!
Edit: I was able to reply to a different member's PM just now without any trouble so I'm thinking it's an issue with the particular message I'm trying to send. Edited at May 31, 2019 01:45 AM by Cornucopia

Was it the same message or very similar? were you sending them immediately one after another? that might count as spam

Certain abbreviations might also trigger the spam filter. I'm not too clear on what causes them though.

The message to myself and the message to the bio requester were the same with the exception of my including a small salutations at the beginning of the latter. The bio does not have any abbreviations except for the word "riarchs" (which now that I'm looking it up, might be a word I completely made up). Perhaps that was the trigger? I'm assuming it was something within the bio itself since the bio was the common denominator in both blocked messages. In any case, I'll try swapping that out and see if it works this time. Thank you for replying, you two!
Edit: Replacing "riarchs" with "monarchs" did not save the day, unfortunately. Would it be alright to post the bio here and simply refer the requester to this thread? Edited at May 31, 2019 03:09 AM by Cornucopia

I am sharing the message contents below in the hopes that the specific issue may be identified, but also as a means of communicating the bio to the requester. My last two attempts earlier this day to send the particular message did not work so at this point I am thinking the forums are the only way for me to share this specific content. Please let me know if you would rather I post this somewhere else! ---
Apologies for all the trouble getting this to you! Here is version one of Grudge's bio. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like changed, and don't be afraid to tell me to scrap it altogether and start from scratch! For those born into power, fear is a promise. You have only to decide whether to break it or be broken. A lesson Grudge learned from his birth pack long before he became the wolf he is today. Though only the pup of a beta, Grudge embodied the charisma and raw strength that his alphas longed to see in their own offspring. To the monarchs of a pack whose force and fighting numbers were indomitable, potential was everything. They swept Grudge under their wing and out from the warmth of his mother, grooming the young wolf for leadership. It was a power he did not want, but one others would kill for all the same. The fall was inevitable.
Although he was not the one to find his leaders' bodies, Grudge understood better than any the consequences of their deaths. All eyes fell to him to head the charge and punish those responsible, yet some of those eyes swore a similar fate should the black wolf rise to the occasion. The pressure closed around his throat as if his enemies were already upon him. He ran.
It was in a new home that he would eventually find and forgive himself, using his strengths to guide his new packmates in the ways he wished his alphas would have guided him. Surrounded by those who had faith in him but most importantly faith in themselves, Grudge faced a responsibility he had never been confronted with before: becoming the leader of his own actions. Now free from the grip of a contrived destiny, Grudge has made a new promise, to himself and to his students. If ever you must run away, make sure it is towards yourself.

Remove the word: Indomitable. That's the word that triggered the filter since it included part of a name. Tested again without that word it works. The benefits of having played like fifty different sim games lol. Edited at June 1, 2019 10:03 PM by White Robin
