Question 1: Can you breed a Legendary or Dynamic coat? I believe I read somewhere in the forums in the comments of another post saying you couldn't. I know you can breed Uncommon-Legendary eyes and noses, for I have done so, but is it the same for coats?
Question 2: How do you use the Ptarmigan Feather? Do I give it to my pregnant wolf in hopes it carries onto her pups, or do I give it to a wolf and hope the chance is high and then it'll change their coat? I'm afraid to just use it until I'm sure because I spent quite a bit on one to try it out, but now I'm afraid to just try it out, haha.
Question 3: Since this game is based purely on chance and not the science of real genetics, will breeding two all common wolves possibly get you the same results as those who breed two Hero, Mela, high talent+rarity, etc... wolves? Or do your chances actually get a decent amount higher with those extras and higher quality wolves breeding?
I apologize if this is found anywhere else, however I searched through 20+ forums and have yet to find a SPECIFIC answer to my questions and have been ignored numerous times in the game chat, so I thought this was my best option. :)

I don't believe you can breed for legendary / dynamic coats, but I could be wrong! From my understanding, those are random chances.
edit for clarification: You can get legendary or dynamic pelts from breeding commons, etc, but I don't think breeding certain wolves together would increase those chances for pelts like it does talents/rarities/etc. I believe that's randomized. So while it's possible to get a wolf with a legendary pelt, I don't believe there's a guaranteed way of getting one via breeding.
The ptarmigan feather is given to a pregnant female, and has a chance of giving her pup(s) dynamic coats.
I believe if you have two Heros, the chances of having a hero pup are far better than having a single Hero or no hero parents. Same would apply to rarity and talents-- the higher the parents have it, the higher the pups' likely be. Edited at August 1, 2018 12:35 AM by strider

1. I'm not sure if this is your question, but yes, any pups you have could have a dynamic or legendary pelt. If you're asking f they can be bred to other wolves, the answer is yes.''
2. You give it to a pregnant wolf.
3. You do have a higher chance of getting what you want if the parents are what you want. For example, if you are aiming for a mela pup and one parent is a mela, than you do have a higher chance of having the pups be melas.

You can breed legendary and dynamic coats, but one thing nobody ever seems to pay attention to is that any coat, no matter the rarity can come from any parents, in my side account my starter paid of wolves have had to litters with pups that have had rare coats, but their coats are common. It is possible to breed legendary, uncommon and dynamic even if the parent's coats are common, same with eyes and noses.
