Guide to explore encounters

Ever wonder how to complete some of the explore encounters? Well, I'm going to explain how to complete them and what they offer

*Note that this is not about explaining certain relics, or about prey, enemies, familiars, etc. I will link those guides here as well in case that's what youre looking for.

*Another note: I searched and didn't see a guide exactly like this. If theres already one just like this, please link it below
