Yeah when I switch therapy offices the new one did an intake and we're asking me a bunch of different questions and at the end he intake person asked if I've ever been tested or diagnosed with adhd and or autism. I said no she said "well were gonna test you." Just haven't gotten tested yet

But to answer your question: You just repeat the process after exploring as Premium. A message will appear at the top of your screen telling you if your wolf earned a point or not. ^^

While play is a premium feature, there are play points at the bottom that will tell you the amount of points your wolf has. You can earn these by exploring once you have used all your explore moves.
