Plot: Big Lake Ranch stands as a legendary empire in the rugged West: a vast stretch of rolling grasslands and towering mountains where the scent of leather and the low calls of cattle fill the air. This iconic ranch, with its wide open pastures and weathered barns, is known for raising some of the finest beef cattle in the region. Cowboys on horseback roam the land, their sharp eyes always scanning for rustlers and natural dangers that could threaten the herds. Each spring, Big Lake hosts the celebrated Spring Run, a time-honored tradition where ranchers from neighboring valleys come together to drive their cattle to greener pastures. It’s a time of camaraderie and competition, with each rancher striving to keep their stock strong and healthy for the upcoming breeding season and high-stakes cattle sales. But this year, a catastrophe shatters the usual routine. A sudden landslide rumbles down from the mountains, cutting off one of the herding groups from the main group. Trapped in a treacherous, remote valley, the stranded cowboys and their horses are battered and shaken but alive. Surviving along with them are a precious handful of the ranch's most valuable beef cattle, prime stock that represents a fortune in sales and the livelihood for many of them. They have little food, limited water, and no way to signal for help. As the days begin to turn into nights, the group faces an unforgiving wilderness: jagged cliffs loom on one side, while thick, shadowed forests rustle with unseen dangers on the other. Predators stalk the darkness, and each day’s passing sun threatens another cold night with dwindling supplies. The cowboys must make a choice: wait and hope for rescue, risking the cattle’s health and their own lives, or attempt a journey back to Big lake Ranch through hostile terrain. Will they survive the perils of the wilderness? At Big Lake, grit and loyalty are everything. But when the land itself turns against you, sometimes courage is all you have left. |

- LGTBQ+ is welcomed and accepted here, and if you're not comfortable with that, you're welcome to leave. Disrespect will not be tolerated :)
- Technically I'm the host (Salem is my unofficial cohost, but questions and final decisions will come down to me)
- No Mary/Gary Sues, Weeping Willows, etc. No one has fun then
