Cyprus - Age: 4 years old - Gender: Female - Aroma: Basil + Rosemary - Rank: Mother - Desired Rank: Content for now - Joining Rebellion: Nope - Appearance: Cyprus is on the smaller, slimmer size for a wolf. Standing at only 2 feet and 8 inches tall. Even when on the smaller size the female looks like she was made for running and hunting, her agile body is elegant and dainty. She has a red wolf's coloration, so different shades of red, orange, white, and black. Her back is more of a bright red color compared to the rest of her body which is more like different shades of brown. Cyprus has a light red face mask that is the same color as the tip of her tail. Name: Deadfall (Often just Fall) Age: 9 Gender: Male Aroma: Chamomile and river water Rank: Shaman Desired Rank: Content Joining Rebellion: Probably not. It depends largely on the direction the wind blows, as it were. Appearance: Deadfall looks every bit the warrior that he never was. Broad through his chest and quite tall, nearly three feet at the shoulder, the male maintains impressive muscle mass even despite his relatively old age. His coat is thick, further giving the impression of mass, colored deepest mahogany. He lacks any other markings or embellishments almost entirely, save for the tip of his tail, which seems as if it might have been dipped in black ash. His teeth are likewise intimidatingly large, offset by his overtly pensive brown eyes. One silver scar runs the full circumference of his nose, eerily straight, causing a slight hitch in either corner of his mouth. Personality: Rather quiet and regal in his bearing, Deadfall is known first and foremost for being impressively intelligent, if a bit standoffish and more than a bit cryptic in his speech. Relatively nonviolent, at least by the standards of his pack, Deadfall is far more likely to administer revenge slowly and precisely, rather than with a quick bloodlet. Some wolves find him to be a pushover for this reason, others stay far away from his ire. He is a healer after all. He knows better than most that a well-placed plant can be as deadly as a well-placed bite. Perhaps more dangerous is his complete lack of true loyalty to anyone other than himself. During Baelin's reign, he had kin, companions, wolves he knew and loved deeply. He stayed through the plauges to care for them, unaware that he would outlive them. Deadfall is only loyal to his pack in that it would be difficult to go anywhere else at his age, and he doesn't dislike Zilan. Though he does find it difficult to take orders from what in his brain will always be a pup. He is not oblivious to the turmoil her ascension has wrought, though he's hardly about to make his young leader aware of it. Should she be overthrown or not matters very little to him. He speaks little of his past, though it is well-known to many of the surviving wolves that in the early days he was far less ornery (verging on paternal and skittish). It could correctly be assumed that, while his body survived the plauges that took his leader, companions, and mate, his soul did not. The only pale remnant of the wolf he once was is the genuine softness he has for the pups in his pack, few as they may be. It is for this reason that he does not outright loathe many of his packmates, as he assisted in the whelping of a large number of them. Strengths: Healing, obviously, as well as its offshoots of foraging, plant identification, administration, etc. Cunning, extremely intelligent Silver-tongued (when he desires) Light-footed Exceptional tracker Weaknesses: Prone to apathy Struggles to draw the blood of other wolves (Decent hunter, poor warrior) Almost suicidally irreverant of leadership Horrible bedside manner, resulting in his not being particularly liked by his pack (beyond necessity) Pups Crush: Absolutely not Mate: Dead and buried Offspring: None Kin: None living

The wire cut deeply and the wound became infected, but he often says it was worth it for the taste of the peaches he stole from the humans' orchard during the foray. |
