"Shh," the quiet whisperings echo in the night. "Can you hear the stars? They are reaching to the lovers, tying soul strings together. They are connecting us to each other." ---------- Simply put: It's kind of like a true love/soulmate type idea but with shifting cats. These feline shifters have their Soul Strings which are tied to another shifter. They live in kind of a pack/pride sort of idea in their own territory. The territory has mostly forests, small clearings/plains, a lake/river and in the far distance--a human town. This is going to start with the Star Soul Ceremony. Which is all the single cats being released into the territory to find their soulmate. Cheesy? Yeah. Fun? Yeah. They won't be assigned beforehand, it's up to y'all to find your character(s) a mate. ------------ Rules: 1. Be at LEAST semi-literate. This just means write full sentences, proper grammar, dialogue, etc. length is up to you. Just make sure that the other person can do something with what you write. 2. Starting out there will likely only be 3 characters per person. As we go on, of course, more will come. 3. Try and be at least somewhat active? Especially if you have an important part. SEND ME A DM if you want the king/queen slot. 4. IC drama IC, OOC drama not exist. :3 5. CREDIT YOUR IMAGES. Dont be a thief. Also follow the rules about images already set by the site. 6. Kittens/Kits come from the Star Gods. They're not "born" the usual way. However, outside of his "job" Altair is flirty, oh so flirty, he chats up everyone he can, never seems to shut up. Heaven forbid you start a fight? He will throw himself in with no sense of personal safety. No Self-preservation and his words are sharp and quick. However, he tends to hide his past. Sure, he'll make some quick remark and laugh about it but never delves into that past. Some say he came from the human town. Others say he was from a warring pride. Dark brown eyes, usually wearing a hoodie, leggings, and a choker Feline: A slender, black cat with dark purple eyes and a long tail (Working on creating her) Personality: Himitsu is a gothic teenager who enjoys reading and of course, witchcraft. But no, she's not some evil person waiting to cast a spell on you. Anybody who thinks that is very annoying. After all, if she wanted to cast a spell on you, she would have done it already. Duh. She's pretty introverted and HATES being the center of attention. Despite this, she gets attatched real easily. Her friend limit is just one person. Because two people can be a bit much (according to her) Because she gets attatched easily, she's bound to have a bit of jealousy in some situations. She can be a bit aggressive and has no problem with a fight here and there. It doesn't take a lot to set her off. Age: 21 years - Rank: Queen Desired Rank: Oh, she's content. - Appearance: Human: Xera is a taller young woman, standing at around 5'7 feet tall. She has a slender but athletic frame and her skin is tanner. Sera has dark crimson colored hair which usually can be found in a tight dutch braid. Down, her hair reaches just below her lower back, but she usually never has it down. Xera has pretty amber coloured eyes which stay in her cat form, along somewhat with her haircolour. The young woman doesn't have a very wide wardrobe but she has enough clothes to fit normal to special events. Her everyday choice of clothing consists of dark grey sweatpants, A white tank top by a black hoodie with a skull and mushrooms printed on it, and finally, silver rings and her mothers necklace... Feline: For a cat, Xera is pretty tall. Standing just above three feet tall and four feet from head to tail. She has an elegant structure that looks like it was made for running through the woods and sneaking up on prey. Xera is a dark ginger tabby, her base coat is closer to a dark orange than a ginger though. Her stripes are thinner and closer together, they are an even darker orange, now they are more ginger coloured. The feline kept her amber eyes, but now they are bigger and when she looks at you, you have a feeling that you can be seen right through. Secrets don't get past this cat. For a tabby Xera has quite the fluffy coat, and her tail is even fluffier! She has a two layered coat which always keeps her warm...even in summer when its scorching outside. Unlike other cats, Xera doesn't shed her coat, at all. Which as I said, comes handy in winter...but definitely not in summer.
