Appearance: Angelique stands around 5 foot 6 inches, and has a tall, willowy build. Her shoulders and hips are narrow, combining with a small bust and toned ass to give her a very rectangular shape. Angelique’s muscles are overall lithe and toned, if not obviously so upon first glance. She moves with easy grace and fluid movements that can be deceptively fast. She has long, slender fingers that are often stained with ink as it is rare to find her without a pen in hand. Her nails are short and functional, appearing well-cared for if not particularly lavished upon. Angelique is right handed and has small, neat handwriting. Her skin is a pale ivory with rosy undertones, and burns very easily. She has an oval face with a short, blunt chin. Angelique’s lips are somewhat wide, and naturally turn down at the ends. The lips are the color of pale pink roses, and the bottom one is a bit thicker than the top one. Her nose is aquiline, with a convex profile and small, straight nostrils. She has a rather weak jawline, though her high cheekbones help to offset it a bit. Angelique’s eyes are a bit narrow and almond shaped, with the irises a stunning shade of amber. Her eyebrows are gently curved and match her hair in color. Speaking of her hair, Angelique’s locks are thick and shiny, coming to rest just below her shoulders. They are jet black in color, with an iridescent sheen reminiscent of raven’s feathers. Her hair would fall into the 2b category, where they have an intermediate amount of wave to them. She usually leaves her hair down, but if she needs it up she is adept at using pencils and pens as improvised hair sticks to put it into a messy yet pretty bun. Finally, Angelique has a high alto voice and usually smells like ink and smoke.

Born and raised as vampire nobility, Angelique is highly educated both in courtly manners and practical skills. She has an aristocratic manner, being polite and aloof with those she is unfamiliar with. However with her friends the mask of gentility loosens a little, and she isn’t above a risque joke or crude insult. She is intensely loyal to those she cares for, and has a strong code of honor when it comes to love and war, two things oft-connected in the murky world of vampire politics. Like many immortals, Angelique is a master at holding grudges and can easily spend decades on a scheme for a seemingly small slight. She is confident and cunning, with a penchant for striking when her enemies least expect it. However, Angelique is a bit vindictive in that she prefers to deliver the final blow herself, and derives a fair bit of satisfaction from seeing the looks on her rival’s face when they realize who has bested them. With her loved ones she is far less boastful, and prefers to give and receive affection through classic and simple gifts like flowers, jewelry, and handwritten notes. When it comes to being in love, despite her best efforts Angelique tends to wear her heart on her sleeve. Her gaze will linger on whichever woman has caught her eye, and she’ll find excuses to spend time with them and sometimes even uses her powers to deliver gifts to them anonymously. Angelique loves fully, with her whole heart and thus will only take one partner at a time. While not promiscuous, she tends to have poor luck in relationships and most end badly.
