Verity Cadell

╚══☯═══ »☸« ═══☯══╝

“Looks aren’t everything… but I have them just in case.”

Full Name:

Verity Cerys Cadell

{Verity–Truth}

{Cerys–To Love}

{Cadell–Battle}

Nickname(s):

Ver

Age:

17

Gender:

Female

Birthday:

September 27th

Birth-related Typology:

Little Libra

Sexuality:

Bi-curious

Place of Birth:

New York, New York

Occupation:

None

“Trust me, I am well above your standards.”

Appearance:

Verity is a young woman that possesses a gentle beauty to her demeanor. With evident, nearly delicate curves, a face that sings with angelic allure, and an ever-present aura of grace, these features combine into a collision that makes Verity someone worth considering attractive. Her face is in the shape of a softly chiseled heart, with a set of well defined cheekbones to add a flare of definition to her otherwise soft jawline and rounded chin. A piercing sterling gray is the primary color of her eyes, with chocolate brown flecks littering around her irises. Just above her eyes are a thinner set of highly defined and angled brows -which are just naturally in that fashion rather than her plucking or anything to maintain the sharp thinness. Verity possesses a more pointed nose with an otherwise straight bridge, with a slight upturn as well, making her appear almost snobbish in some semblance. The lips she possesses that are usually held in a simple smile or a faintly quizzical purse contain an evident pout to go along with their natural medium toned rosy hue. From those lips comes forth a voice that's more formal yet hauntingly melodic in sound. It’s considered to fare in the realm of a higher pitch, but one that’s gentler in tone rather than unbearably sharp.

Verity’s natural color of hair is a brighter honey blonde with softer, warmer touches of vanilla highlights. There is a subtle wave with evident volume to Verity’s hair that falls to her mid-back, although one is more likely to see Verity with her hair styled in a higher, tight ponytail, or put up into a tight bun. A curtain of satiny wisps cover her forehead, though her bangs don’t fall low enough to even dare threaten to impair her vision. Both from afar and upon close inspection her hair shines with subtle silkiness, and it is very much textured the same as well.

Verity stands confidently at a height of 5”7, which makes her gracefully regal stance a bit intimidating, but that impression would be quick to dissipate upon actually engaging with Verity. In complement to her warmer demeanor, her skin is a shade of a warmer olive with a touch of medium undertones. It actually looks more like she’s constantly slightly sun kissed with a soft tan. Her body is a bit above averagely toned, though it helps to demonstrate how often she labors her body into being what it is currently. Well, a higher metabolism helps too. It’s pretty clear her figure though does not support a woman capable of brute strength, but rather great flexibility and quick movements. She still holds a light hourglass figure that is really just her natural body type, no matter how hard she has tried to make herself perfectly proportional.

When it comes to attire, Verity enjoys brighter themed and lighter styled clothing. While she strays from neons, she does enjoy flaunting a colorful spectrum of color in all that she wears. Some days she can pull off what may be considered a ‘good girl’ look; with a knee-length skirt, suspenders that cross over her bust, a simple blouse, and shiny dress shoes. And other times, Verity may simply dress for comfort in something like an oversized sweater and leggings. In terms of formal garbs, Verity has a neat selection of various styled dresses well enough for most occasions.

Personality:

Verity is hardly as complex of an individual compared to her cousin and brother, but she is still very much her own interesting creature. One that usually breathes grace, and walks with a regal majesty, Verity is also equipped with a typically mild temper and lively energy. She’s fairly passive, and should one notice, perhaps a little too passive sometimes. In some ways she can be a pushover, painfully gullible, and someone who doesn’t quite do great in high stress situations. In social settings, more often than not she’s just trying to chameleon herself with others to fit in. A habit her family shuns her for often, but Verity can’t help it. She wants to be liked, she craves positive attention, and is willing to go to concerning lengths to get it.

As one will come to know, Verity can be highly opinionated and will argue her point out with nothing short of cutthroat words and undeniable facts if she’s heated enough. Although, of course her passive nature makes some of her more intense sides to her extremely rare to ever witness. She certainly packs a snobbier spice to her as well, and carries the aura of someone vastly accustomed to getting her way. There haven’t actually been many times in Verity’s life that she’s been told ‘no’. She’s been a spoiled princess her entire life, which does tend to reflect in her behaviors and attitudes, especially when things aren’t going her way. Or perhaps it’s more of a ‘Cadell’ thing to not take well to not getting what they want, as most individuals in the family have this little flaw. Verity is someone who is not above throwing tantrums fit for a psycho either when she can’t have her way; screaming, crying, throwing things, she’s basically a hurricane packed into a body when she’s upset.

When her goals, friends, family, and things she feels a need to defend are threatened, Verity can easily turn very combative. As ‘simple’ as she can certainly be sometimes in mentality, she has her moments of strength. Being equipped with a sharp tongue is one of those strengths she may play on, and she does know how to be a bit more catty with her remarks when pushed as well. Aside from words, her rarely used -because it takes her a hot minute to put together a decent plan- manipulative actions are sure to crumble foundations she intends to knock down. She can be capable of so much graceful malice sometimes that it can easily be regarded as beautifully criminal. It’s not the kind of person she enjoys being though, and a person she can’t always call upon in herself unless she’s breathing fury, but in the end Verity will always do what she believes is needed. And what she believes is best -even when she’s wrong-. It gives her no joy to hurt people in any way, and she will often try to defuse situations in a peaceful manner before things escalate. But if push comes to shove, she does have the means to be a necessary evil.

Verity and humor don’t always mix. She’s a little… innocent when it comes to understanding certain jokes. For certain, “that’s what she said” jokes are things she usually never picks up on. So dirty jokes practically always fly over her head. Other puns may take her a second to catch onto, especially with various types of word play, but even if she doesn’t get it… the girl will laugh if others around her are doing the same. Verity doesn’t want to risk being viewed as stupid -even though she isn’t quite the brightest crayon in the box- when it comes to misunderstanding others, so really she tends to follow after crowds. Which generally tends to make her more of a follower than a leader, despite her bossy tendencies.

Being selectively honest is something Verity practices often. She isn’t exactly the best liar, so she’s just careful about the truths she does share. And with this selective honesty, also comes selective helpfulness, as well as work ethic. While she doesn’t mind helping with certain things, she does expect a favor or some kind of reward for her service in return. And while she isn’t exactly someone anyone can deem greatly lazy, Verity does have a habit of not liking to do things for herself, let alone pitching into actual work-esque activities. Rather than pitching in herself, this is wear Verity carries a more bossy attitude, as she would much rather tell others how to operate. Even when she has no place to be telling others how to do things the ‘proper’ way.

Likes:

Learning; Even though Verity struggles with being a quick learner, she does enjoy exercising her mind by attempting to take on new things

Aerial Silks; It’s something she does as a pleasure hobby, and a part of her life since her earlier years

Dancing; Of all the things Verity can’t do, she is actually quite the graceful dancer, and has a variety of complex dances mastered under her belt

Singing; While she is definitely not someone that could ever produce music and lyrics by her own creativity, she was blessed with a great set of vocals, giving her the ability to sing in a four-octave range

Gifts; Even gifts she intends on exchanging or throwing away a day later, Verity just enjoys being thought of enough to receive a gift

Attention; In some ways, Verity needs attention to feel she’s of worth, and she’ll do many things to attain the attention she thirsts for -whether it be good or bad-

Dislikes:

Being Ignored; Of all the things Verity hates, she absolutely loathes being purposely or accidentally ignored, it can also bring out some of her worse qualities

Coffee; Of all the kinds she’s tried, none of it has an appealing taste to her

Being Wrong; She probably won’t admit when she’s wrong, even if she knows it, built more than that she hates other people saying she’s wrong to her face

The Word ‘No’; Verity hates being told no in particular, but the word in itself is just annoying

Subways; Not the food chain, but the actual subways in New York -she’s ridden on them twice, each a horrible experience-

Fast Food; It’s greasy and heavy, and does not align with her palette in the slightest

Strengths:

Flexibility; Her consistent play in the art of aerial silks has given her quite the flexible body

Looks; What she lacks in brains, at least she makes up for in her appearance, and it’s something Verity knows how to use to her advantage

Passive; She prefers to make peace where she goes, and will sometimes attempt to defuse heated moments

Loyal; To family, friends, and anything she finds that’s worthy of being loyal for, Verity will be loyal to a fault

Weaknesses:

Dull-witted; Brains isn’t exactly a quality she possesses, although she does have her bursts of surprising smarts

Bratty; Her more spoiled life has turned Verity into a bit of a bratty girl, and one that doesn’t quite hide that aspect to her

Lying; She can’t be a straight-forward liar if her life depended on it as she has far too many blatant tell tale signs when she is trying to lie

Attention; She is an attention-oriented girl, and truly believes she cannot live without it

Passions/Interests:

Verity is greatly passionate about her aerial silks, as she dedicates quite a bit of time every week to dabble in her favorite form of art. She also genuinely just enjoys new things; trips -she’s been a tag-along to Rhys in the past on his trips-, food, people, activities… Verity just enjoys experiencing new things. Other than that, she likes shopping. Whether it be in snazzy stores, or even thrift shopping, she just enjoys spending money on things she thinks should be in her possession.

Pro-ranch/Pro-resort:

Neither? Verity, of course, loves the resort. There’s a lot to do, and as she’s often left to her own devices -as Rhys is not partial to caring for a little girl-, she’s gotten to experience many things. But there’s also a ranch in town, and that’s something Verity has never been to before. So until she gets a taste of both worlds, she’s neutral.

Personal Backstory:

Verity is the youngest of children to Jade -a fiery housewife- and Finn Cadell -a 90th percentile successful stockbroker-. Her brother, Alek, is someone she isn’t abundantly close to, but they still very much have a strong sibling bond. She’s lived in New York City her entire life, and has thrived in a wealthy household. On occasion, she’s gotten her parents to sucker her cousin into taking her to Las Vegas and the UK, although Rhys has made it abundantly clear that ‘she’s a living burden’ when he allows her to tag-along. Verity hasn’t done much with her life, except skate by in school, attend high school parties, and indulge on her own spoils.

Relationship Status:

Single, and low key looking for something. Maybe not anything serious, but she does like to have fun. Verity is someone who isn’t quite a hopeless romantic, but she’s in love with the idea of love.

I’ll Fall For You If:

If anyone can make Verity feel like she’s the center of the universe, then she’d be head over heels. Her lust for attention dictates who she’ll be attracted to, and as long as she receives all of someone’s attention, then it’s good enough for her. Of course, she is prone to being gaslighted and manipulated as she constantly chooses to ignore people’s flaws for the sake of keeping the aspect of attention in a relationship.

We’ll Be Friends If:

Making friends with Verity isn’t too difficult of a feat. She’s trusting, talkative, and loves meeting new people. People that she doesn’t feel like she has to change for are typically people she’ll make better connections with, but she is used to having seas of fake friends as well.

We’ll Be Enemies If:

Anyone who constantly tells Verity ‘no’, or ignores her is someone that is making an enemy for life. Those are the easiest sure ticket ways to get her to jump aboard a hate wagon. Otherwise, Verity very much dislikes being obviously treated like she’s stupid.

Motive(s):

Attention and experiencing new things are typically Verity’s greatest driving points in most of what she does.

“If it’s the wrong place and the wrong time… I’ll be there.”

Full Name:

Allerick Rune Cadell

{Allerick–All Powerful}

Nickname(s):

Alek (Preferred Name)

Age:

20

Gender:

Male

Birthday:

June 17th

Birth-related Typology:

Spunky Gemini

Sexuality:

Bisexual (Very Closeted)

While Rhys’ parents are more than lenient with who he should be allowed to love, 10 year old Alek who confessed to his mother for having a crush on a boy was shoved into a Catholic prep school. It took a very heavy toll on him both mentally and emotionally for the three years he spent there, and in turn has also made Alek force himself into claiming to be completely straight.

Place of Birth:

New York, New York

Occupation:

College Student (It’s a part-time online gig, with Alek’s focuses on business and finance)

Apprentice Stockbroker (Works alongside his father in the stockbroking world)

“You look like trouble. Call me.”

Appearance:

Alek is easily passed off as an individual fairing well above the average spectrum appearance wise. He physically fronts the masculine Cadell family diamond shaped face that in truth is a bit softer in terms of both definition and chiseled. And if it weren’t for the resemblance of his facial structure to the rest of the males in the family, the legitimacy of his birth could be called into question (which is still a debate on the down low of the family). Alek’s color of eyes alone are vastly different than that of any of his kin, however they are still a beautifully blue spectacle. These eyes of his are a vibrant periwinkle with softer brown flecks within them that surround the iris’. Framed by a thinner but dark set of lashes, his eye type is best described as almond; with a deeper crease in his eyelid that creates an attractive depth to his features. While his eyes do typically betray him by conveying the majority of his emotions, the crow lines at the corner of his eyes indicate he probably smiles way more than he should (most of his smiles are insincere or forced anyway). Above are eyebrows that are an average thickness with a faint arch to the endings. The straight structure and slope of Alek’s nose is simpler, and perhaps the most mediocre piece of his facial attributes as well. In addition, the lips that form his multitude of smiles and frowns are that of a soft shade of rose and possess a slight resting downturn to them.

Now, Alek's hair is something he very much prefers to put pride into, most of the time that is. Typically, the young man has it styled into a messy quiff; with his delicate longer ringlets being forced into the mold of a controlled chaos hairstyle. When it’s not fashioned to be in that preferred style though, his hair just naturally possesses an untamed essence. Its deep oak coloring is nearly passable as a sleek black upon a first glimpse, and yet in a multitude of lighting, it reflects a prominent brunette shine. There is a bit of poof to his wild tufts and ringlets, but the most notable and mention worthy aspect to his hair's general appearance is its sleek voluminous nature.

Standing at a relatively average 5”11, Alek’s height also tends to reflect his relatively average ego influx. That alone is evident with his less disciplined and relaxed posture, and a slight linger in each step. His primary build is a bit more rectangular; starting with shoulders that just barely pass as ‘broad’, and dwindling down to his straighter set of hips that near perfectly align with his shoulders. Alek is someone that doesn’t have a very muscular build, but he does have an evident amount of gentle toning. If he didn’t have that -average- toned build to him, he would honestly be on the verge of having a more twiggish, Jack Skellington type build to him with. It’s a little bit of an exaggeration, but he would be fairly thin. His body isn’t littered with many marks other than a few less than honorable stories to go along with a few of his more defined scars along his arms, chest, and back. Alek’s skin tone is that of a light olive; meaning it isn’t abundantly warm, but his complexion is noticeably a little darker than his kin. He possesses warmer undertones as well, which allow him to tan far nicer -and easier- when he spends an abundance of time under the sun.

In terms of dressage, Alek has two dominant wardrobes; his bad boy garbs, and his chill clothes. As the rebel rouser in the family, it’s only natural he tries to look the part with a black leather jacket, skinny jeans, pocket chains, and black converse. *If* he decides to wear a shirt under his leather jacket, it’ll usually always be a white wife beater, or a tighter fitting white graphic T-shirt. And for his chill clothes, it’s usually sweatpants and hoodies; occasionally sleeveless hoodies as well. All of his clothes reside in the realm of greyscale, and more often than not have more cynical graphic depictions or phrases on them.

“I’m too magical for your bullshit.”

Personality:

In simple summary, Alek is regarded as the rebel-junkie black sheep of the family. He aligns well with his Zodiac sign, however, as he is certainly a man of two very different faces. The Alek practically everyone outside of his family will come to know is the impulsively outgoing bad boy, with a good sense of humor. These are all genuine aspects to Alek though. ‘Act first, think later’ is a motto he’s held close to him for most of his life, with it being a miracle should he ever put thought into anything he does beforehand. Seizing the day, and seizing opportunities are things he believes in, and he tries his damn hardest to not miss out on things he’ll know he would regret missing. With this go-getter attitude, it’s more than difficult to tell that he struggles with being an individual hungry for life though.

As a heavily hedonistic young man, Alek has always been on the search for pleasurable things to get him through. Sometimes he can quench this dire need by jumping both feet into recklessly dangerous situations so he can derive pleasure from fear and adrenaline. Other times -and when he hits his lows- Alek goes as far as to indulge in substances he shouldn’t, as well as make the mistake of confusing lust for love. In all, he desperately desires to find love, and to be loved. While he wouldn’t consider himself a gooey, hopeless romantic on the inside… that’s exactly what he is. The problem is that beneath the facade of his bad boy attitude, he doesn’t feel he’s worth being loved on a genuine level. Which is one reason he’s found himself in a couple of rougher relationships.

The other face of Alek is the side that reflects just how much of a disaster he really is. He battles heavily against Bipolar 2 Disorder, and it’s the cycles of mania and depression that have really fucked him up. During his high’s, Alek typically is abundantly talkative and very active. It’s so similar to the face he usually wears for others that no one may notice he’s on a bipolar high. When he hits his low’s though… they really do hit low. He loses confidence with his self-worth, starts dabbling in addictive substances, he might even disappear for a days or weeks at a time, or worse; his reckless behavior borders being fueled by suicidal thoughts and urges. Hiding his lows beneath his usual facade is difficult, but it is possible. There are always cracks in his mask should anyone care to notice them, but they aren’t usually gravely noticeable. He is ashamed of his issues, and it would fill him with immeasurable guilt to think he was bringing someone else down by laying his problems onto them. And it’s not as if his family has ever been the nurturing type, either. His mother’s take on his issues was declaring it a ploy for attention, while his father’s solution for his troubled son was throwing him at a psychiatrist.

Despite those struggles, Alek can be greatly regarded as a humorously theatrical individual. His sense of humor usually fares on the darker end of the spectrum, but he does enjoy the laughs that are associated with cheesier jokes and puns. Laughter is a mild medicine to Alek, so with the things he finds that make him or others laugh, he’s sure to do so often that he may wear it out. Feeling positive, and happy, are important things for Alek. And just as importantly, he needs to feel that he makes others happy as well. After all, if he’s not putting something good into this world or serving a purpose to someone, no matter how miniscule… what’s the point?

By no means is Alek egotistical, despite his facades, because he lives through others mediocrity and happiness. Sometimes he paints a delusion of having the things other people have in their lives, but deep down he knows that it’s nothing more than a delusion festering from his envy. At the very least, Alek is not an angry or violent person. They are just too ugly of qualities for him to ever practice, because if he did, he knows they would encourage him to do so much more harm to himself and those around him.

“I’m not useless… I can be used as a great bad example.”

Likes:

Laughter; Whether it be his own, or if he’s getting others to laugh, it genuinely makes Alek feel good enough to pretend that he’ll never feel negatively again

Adventure/Mischief; Finding things to do that are busy himself, or things that come with a thrill of some sort are things Alek is always down for, as well as seeking. It would be even better with a partner in crime, but he makes a pretty good dynamic uno

Pets; They’ve always gifted Alek a sense of purpose out of their dependence on him, and he’s always grown very emotionally close to every pet he’s ever owned. It’s very difficult for him to endure a pet passing away though, which is a rough cycle in itself of caring for something to feel important, and struggling with the later loss

Winter; Alek has always had a positive relationship with the cold, and winter in particular. It makes him feel at peace with the frigid serenity, and maybe even a little numb to his usually racing thoughts and heavy feelings

Parties; Places where people are living up their lives, and the vibes are all rising to Cloud 9, are places where Alek will flock to. The music, dancing, and living like there isn’t a care in the world is just too therapeutic for Alek to pass up

Dislikes:

materialistic, or to waste his life striving for money and a lifestyle he doesn’t want

Himself; The guy hates just about everything about himself, and is often stuck in a battle of persevering through his issues, or throwing the fight

Expectations; Alek cannot handle being an entity burdened by expectation, he’s endured it too much. He’s fallen short of his parents expectations, he’s fallen short of the expectations in Catholicism, and really he just can’t handle letting anyone else down

Loud/Aggressive Individuals; While Alek is more likely to attempt deescalation to avoid severe confrontation, he is not afraid to throw hands. Loud people usually get under his skin, just because they’re more prone to absorb the attention in the room, but Alek can tolerate them to a point

Negativity; He’s already struggling with negativity he can’t help, so he will remove himself from people who are abundantly negative, and he will do his best to avoid spaces teeming with negative energy

Strengths:

Humor; It works as a defense mechanism, but he also just enjoys humor, and not to mention he’s just a relatively funny guy

Intelligent; Astonishingly, Alek is a brilliant young man. He thoroughly enjoys technological engineering, coding, and electrical engineering.

Agile; Amid all of Alek’s various physical activities, it’s made him a fairly agile fellow. While he is no power house, he is at the very least quick on his feet and capable of great endurance

Caring; Alek is a sincerely caring individual, and will go completely out of his way for anyone who gives him the time of day. He can’t stand seeing anyone crying, either, he’s not sure why it hurts him so much to see… but he will do everything in his power to cease other people’s crying

Non-judgmental; As someone who has been judged and tossed aside for being different, Alek doesn’t have the heart to judge anyone. It’s not his place, and he does not want to feel responsible for making someone else feel like an outcast.

Weaknesses:

Impulsive; Doing before thinking is usually why Alek ends up in so much trouble, but he can’t help but to live this way

Addiction; Admittedly he was a lot worse with abusing mood stabilizers and things he picked up off of streets, but now he’s really only an addicted smoker, and for the past year has made the choice to keep up with NA meetings once a week just to attempt to keep himself in check

Mental Health; He really just drew the short end of the stick in terms of mental health, among other things, but this does tend to hinder his quality of life the most

Self-loathing; It’s fairly straight forward, he hates himself, and this quality makes his lows a dangerous time for him

Reckless; Chasing thrills to feel something other than sad is something that could very much get him killed one day… but would that really be so bad?

“I’ve got a couple thousand bad ideas if you're in need of any.”

Passions/Interests:

Alek is a techy guy, above all else. His bad boy mirage certainly doesn’t cue anyone into this quality, but he does thoroughly enjoy most things involving computers. He’s even built his own from scratch, and not to mention he is more than curious about everything involving Artificial Intelligence. As someone who owns a motorcycle, it’s safe to say he enjoys riding and working on bikes. He also happens to probably be the only Cadell that could change a flat tire by himself on the side of the road on a bike or a car… but he won’t rub that into anyone’s faces. Yet. Otherwise, Alek digs parties, mischievous activities, and generally just things that spark a sense of joy, thrills, or happiness.

Pro-ranch/Pro-resort:

Alek holds strong at being Pro-resort, as that’s pretty much the stance he’s been groomed to take for as long as he can remember.

Personal Backstory:

It’s so shitty, even his psychiatrist needed counseling after hearing it… that’s just a little joke Alek finds funny, his parents don’t think it’s in very good taste though.

Mister Allerick hardly looks related to his predominantly blonde family, as he reigns as the sole brunette. The only passable explanation for him is that he has on both sides of his parents that are also brunette. However, that doesn’t explain his slightly naturally tanner complexion. There has been no paternity test thus far, but the family is known to gossip amongst themselves about who could potentially be Alek’s biological father. This division in Alek’s early years spurred him being the recipient of little to none affectionate attention. And it also robbed him of the opportunity of being in traditional brick and mortar schools to avoid gossip from other wealthy families about his parentage. So as a home-schooled child, and with adoration shifting to his baby sister, Alek was isolated.

At 13, Alek developed a crush on the older brother of one of Verity’s friends that would come over to play. Mistakenly, he thought he could trust his mother to confide in, and in return was quickly sent off to a very Catholic prep school. And it really fucked Alek up. The forced teachings, the forced repenting, and being told how horrible of a child just did a lot more harm than good. And after 3 years, Alek managed to get thrown out for his repetitive outbursts and behavioral issues. And from that, daddy got him a psychiatrist, and mommy put him in a “trashy” high school. And it was around this time that Alek started getting into and doing things he had no business doing. At 16, he dropped out of high school, got his GED, and began disappearing from home for weeks on end. He found himself in crack houses, alleys, underground parties… and eventually juvie on a couple occasions.

At 19, Alek took the leap of admitting to himself that he needed help, and he turned to Narcotics Anonymous for that support. He’s been weaned off of everything but cigarettes, and was determined to stay clean and as well as possible. And it’s been working for a year now, so surely that’s a good sign. He even agreed to part-time college to study in the area his dad wanted, just to keep himself busy. The resort is good for that too, albeit Alek hasn’t been there as much as the rest of the family.

Relationship Status:

Single, and pathetically desperate to find love. Alek has managed to find it in all the wrong places so far, but a love that hurts to the core is the only kind he knows. However, he does secretly yearn for “fairytale” love, and something similar to a happily ever after. A guy can dream.

I’ll Fall For You If:

All Alek wants is someone who can find it in them to love all of him, even when he can’t love himself. Alek falls for people who like adventure and mischief just as much as he does, and he will fall head over heels for someone with a beautiful laugh. It’s a weird thing to find attractive, but pretty smiles and angelic laughter is definitely what he finds attractive.

We’ll Be Friends If:

Despite Alek’s less than perfect self, he can really be friends with a lot of people on a lax, casual basis. He may not be a friend for life, as he tends to drift, but he’s never had a platonic relationship end in bad blood.

We’ll Be Enemies If:

Shouting at Alek, making him feel small, ignoring him, or generally trying to mentally or emotionally bring him to his knees will be the qualities of someone he will hate for life. He may not shout back, or do anything to defend himself depending on the situation, but that doesn’t mean the mannerisms don’t cut deep. And Alek never forgets those who have wronged him.

Motive(s):

Alek consistently seeks to find pleasure, fill the gaps he has inside, and find purpose in any way he can. That’s really all that motivates Alek in life, and it’s not going to be very pretty when he loses those motives.

“Everything I like is either expensive, illegal, or won’t text me back… talk about unlucky.”
