I don't think you have to have a 30 cp maternal/charisma for 3 pups, it only boosts the chances because I've had my alpha female give birth to 3 pup litters twice now at only 21 maternal

I'm sure everybody knows how to play this game, but for those who don't, I will explain! You get two options (EX: Would you rather have a dog or a cat?) and must choose one of them! The rules are simple. Keep your Would You Rather questions PG-13 please, and try not to repeat the same questions over and over again!
