Plot

Muse A and Muse B are both demigods, born of mortal parents, claimed by different Olympians whose domains do not coexist peacefully. Their divine parents have been rivals for centuries (Athena vs. Ares, Apollo vs. Artemis, Hera vs. Zeus's other interests, Hades vs. Olympus as a whole).
They meet at a secluded sanctuary where demigods are secretly trained, protected, or quietly monitored by the gods to prevent prophecy from spiraling out of control. From the start, their connection is undeniable.
The problem? A prophecy emerges, spoken by an oracle in Delphi:
When the children of divided thrones entwine their fates, Olympus will tremble
One love crowned, one god undone.
As their bond deepens into forbidden romance, their divine parents react very differently. One god demands obedience and loyalty, pushing their child toward ambition and glory. The other issues quiet warnings, urging distance before punishment falls. Both demigods are torn between duty and desire.
Things escalate when the gods begin using them as pawns, sending monsters, trials, or "coincidental" quests meant to separate them or test allegiance. The demigods soon realize the prophecy may not be about destroying Olympus, but changing who sits on its thrones.
