Heavy Rain
Hello!
I've been wanting to try out a specific roleplay plot for a while now. It's lightly inspired by Cowboy Bebop!
My Availability:
As time goes on, I have no idea how frequent I'll be able to get a response out. I'd like to say I'm fairly quick, I can get a reply out in as little as a few hours after someone else posts. Depending on the bulk of my schoolwork it could take a bit longer. However, I will let you know if that's the case!
Requirements in a Partner:
I consider myself semi-lit to literate, and would prefer if you were as well! Several paragraphs that aren't solely filler emotions would be great! I understand if there's a brain fart every once in a while and a shorter response is needed. I get them myself.
The Plot:
So. There's two main characters, obviously, but we can definitely throw side characters in! I love having more interactions! The Bounty Hunter can be either gender, Male or Female. I don't really care. I would be playing male, as the criminal. If you like MxM or MxF and would like for this to eventually slow burn to a romance that would be all good with me! It doesn't have to be romance though, it could simply be platonic. Of course, that's up to us to decide as we explore our character's chemistry!
Our Characters would be in a multi planet system, brought together because the bounty hunter is chasing after the criminal. (Whose crimes will be explored, because I don't know what they are just yet). The Bounty Hunter, after a nice chase, ends up capturing the criminal and takes him aboard their ship to transfer him. The criminal ends up getting free of their restraints and crawls through vents to hide. The criminal also takes a part of the ship (something critical that keeps the ship from jumping into hyperspace). So essentially, the criminal would now take the bounty hunter hostage in order to try to weasel their way out of imprisonment. While their negotiating, a multitude of things can happen.
-The military attacks (bounty hunters aren't always legal maybe yours isn't!)
-pirates attack
-something happens that makes them have to work together briefly.
We can work on this part!
After fending off whatever problem they had to deal with, they somewhat bond throughout the duration, but the bounty hunter knows that they have a job to do and recpatures the criminal anyways. That's as far as I've gotten, but I'm sure there's plenty more for the two of them to run across and plot points for us to make up. We could explore them having to live together on the ship, escape attempts, going into marketplaces, one of them being injured and reluctantly accepting the other's help and escaping other hostiles!
