This fight would be interesting, Addilyn didn't want to attack first. She couldn't yet figure out what Jason's style was. He seemed to rely more on his reflexes than his sight since his eyes hadn't moved. Like at all. Addilyn normally relied on her powers to get the advantage. It wasn't that she couldn't take someone on in a one on one fight, it was that she was small. And most of her opponents already had the advantage in both size and weight. Jason being absolutely to buff to be at all possible. It was completely unfair how big some people could get and then there was Addilyn. That wasn't the problem here. Addilyn didn't know where she should go for first. So although she moved a bit, she didn't make any move to attack first. Addilyn's speed was her advantage, she couldn't make the first move. He'd snap her in two.

Jason stepped back and forth on his feet, prepared to move in a seconds notice. He could tell the people watching were getting bored and impatient - they wanted action, and they wanted it now. Here was the test of patience and alertness. The fight was sometimes decided by the first moves made, and Jason wasn't about to make a mistake. Unless... Jason could fool her. If he put a bit more pressure on one foot and one side of his body, anyone with a trained eye could see he was off balance, meaning it would be a perfect opportunity to make a move. Only thing is, Jason would be prepared. He drop down lower and use the leg with less weight on it to knock her off balance, giving him the chance to make some moves. With that plan in mind, Jason shifted his weight to the left.

Immediately Addilyn's mind noticed Jason's mistake. It was just how her brain worked, she thought on the idea of slamming into him now. At the same time, he didn't seem like the type of person to make such a simple, beginner's mistake. Much like the people though, Addilyn's body was beginning to tire of waiting and really just wanted to battle now. Which was normal, her body was always itching for a fight now that she wasn't able to work. She was a restless hero after all with no where to get rid of her reckless energy. So, she took the opportunity, knowing full well Jason might be tricking her. Addilyn didn't even make the slightest hint that she was going to move; not moving her eyes or tensing any part of her body more than it already was. She sprang forwards and sent a kick at Jason's leg followed by a quick jump up just in case he actually was ready for her to attack him. In which case he still would probably be able to knock her down but it was to late to go back now.

Jason was taken back by her sudden quickness, but he had been prepared. From there, though, things didn't quite go to plan. He avoided her kick, but with the jump he wasn't able to lash out like he hoped. On the bright side, he had lured her into a fight. It was good to know she didn't like to wait long. Instead of kicking out, and going down, Jason bounced on the leg he had pressure on, and pushed himself away from her blow. Once she jumped, Jason feinted a kick with one leg, before jumping up into the air to kick on her other side with the opposite foot.

Jason was surprisingly fast, which was interesting with all his muscle and just huge form in general. At least he hadn't been able to kick her legs out, that was a start. He may be fast but she had taken him a tiny bit by surprise. Although her quick hadn't quite landed, things weren't going too horribly yet. She noticed a leg coming towards her but it stopped. Then he jumped and she realized that this was a set up. She didn't see the blow but she knew it was coming so she put up her arms to block the blow. It didn't hit where he had wanted it to but her arms hurt quite a bit now. Which wasn't great, he had some great force packed into that blow. Addilyn didn't think, she just allowed her body to do what it did best. She didn't give him time to regain balance, Addilyn kicked out towards the leg that he landed first on and jumped backwards. Expecting that he would have something else ready.

Jason honestly hadn't seen the lower blow coming. Her foot struck against his leg, and being off balance, tumbled down. He managed to use it, though, and rolled backward when he hit the ground, then jumped to his feet. It looked almost like it was on purpose, but the soreness in his ankle told Jason differently. Now there was distance between him and Addi, which gave them both time to breath. Jason couldn't let that happen. He lunged foreword suddenly, striking out with a series of quick punches.

Addilyn had put space between the two. Just to make sure that she'd be able to see his attacks coming. The problem was, even if she did see them coming, she wouldn't be able to block everything. Eventually, her arms wouldn't be able to take much more of the punching and she would have to do something about it. She thought of all of this as Jason rolled to his feet, thought of this as he suddenly launched himself at her. Addilyn knew what she had to do, he was going to corner her, she couldn't let that happen. So, Addilyn ducked, she didn't completely dodge his attacks unfortunately, and waves of pain rushed from her shoulder and collarbone as he landed two hits on her. She didn't slow down and used her small size as an advantage. Slipping under his arm so she was suddenly behind him. Her movements were quick, though she didn't know if they'd be quick enough, as fighting him was quite tiring, she still sent a kick towards his torso.

Jason was too shocked to block the kick. That... when he made contact, the power coursing through his veins didn't change. Silent Shadow... it was her! The bewitching green eyes and small figure... no wonder she seemed familiar. The pain in his side was nothing as adrenaline roared up. Jason whipped around in a flash, and gone was the tactile fighting. He rained down blows upon Addi - no, Silent Shadow - with unrelenting fury. Now he wanted to win.

Addilyn didn't know what happened, one moment Jason's fighting was tactical and precise and the next it was just..crazy. He got a few good ones in, hitting the already sore shoulder and punching her stomach followed by another hit to her shoulder. She winced in pain and stumbled back, Addilyn knew she wouldn't be able to win a fight in this position. So she didn't. Addilyn switched over to a flightier tactic. Pushing herself to go as fast as normal despite the pain. She stayed well away from Jason and quickly scurried away when he got to close. Oh she'd hit him eventually, but only when she saw an opportunity to.

Jason shook his head, and the wildness was gone, or at least had been pushed further back. His glare was cold, "Silent Shadow," he growled in a low voice, so only she could hear. "I am no idiot. I see Her in your face." Smart, beautiful, strong... yeah. Jason saw it all.
