Camerons glare softened. "Do you want to get out of here?" He said, leaning on the table that Mason was sitting on. "I could help you instead of the nurses. You just need to calm down..." Cameron said. God, he was horrible at comforting people.

He nodded slowly. He didn't want to be touched or seen by anyone he didn't know. And he felt strangely ok with Cameron. He shook gently.

"That's better." Cameron sighed. He rolled Mason's sleeve up again. He replaced the hasty bandages with proper ones after deep cleaning the wound. It was more of a scrape than a cut, so sewing wouldn't be possible. "There." He said, stepping back and admiring his work. He rolled Masons sleeve back down and helped him off the table. "C'mon." He smiled, stepping out of the Med-Bay.

Mason stuck close to Cameron, clinging to him like a child might. Hands shaking a bit as they walked into the halls of people. He felt better with Cameron around though.

Cameron stuffed one of his hands into hsi pocket, dragging Mason along with him with the other. He walked into a room, leaving Mason at the door. "Wait heren for a minute?" He asked, before entering the expansive room. Filling cabinets lined the walls, along with cubicals holding elves hard at work, typing away. "Carl! I need some informatrion. Can you pull up the file of Mason xxxx?" He suddenly said, leaning on the doorframe of an old mans cubical. The old man mumbled something- Most likely a curse- but complied. "Mason xxxx, 20, Male, Characteristics: Violet eyes, brown hair." Carl sighed, looking up at Cameron. "I need an update on his lovers. Specifically a woman that went missing around 1-3 years ago. I forget." Cameron replied, watching Carl pull up more files. "The only love we have is xxxxxx. She was killed by one of them beasts a while ago." Carl said. He shut his laptop, as if demanding Cameron ask him no more questions. "That's what I thought.." Cameron sighed, popping his fingers. He brushed his blonde hair behind his eyes before walking back out to Mason.

Mason was curled up by the door. Waiting for the news he already knew had happened. His shoulders shook gently and he whimpered. "Go ahead and tell me.."

"Err- She.... She's gone." Cameron said. He didn't want to say which gone. Just gone. "There's a snowballs chance in hell we're gonna find her." He sighed. He took a few steps, then stopped. "There's also... Something I need to tell you. About yourself. I think we should go sit down.".

He nodded, staying curled up on the ground, ready for whatever news he has to offer. Already crushed by the loss of his beloved. His eyes were blank and dull. His body numb.
