+ Toby - 1st person + I made a sandwich and brought one to Allesandro, I knocked on the door and once I was allowed in I opened it "I saw you weren't out eating with the others so here is a burger I made." I said setting it down next to him before walking back towards the door, "We will have to leave early because it is a long drive, I'm actually surprised a taxi was willing to even take you out here." I said, "Anyway, if you need anything don't be afraid to knock, goodnight." I said going to my room and changing into some clothes. Mojo sat staring at me from the edge of my bed, while the mountain lion cubs were in the kennel covered with a towel in the corner of my room.

I was totally absorbed in my book so jumped slightly when I heard the door knock, "Come in" I spoke softly setting my book aside. I smiled seeing Toby and tried not to blush although I could feel my face warming. "Thanks!" I said with another smile, I nodded again at what he said "Okay, yeah" I was pretty good at waking early, I would sometimes wake to go for an early morning jog or swim. Not that I had done that for a while but I did fairly miss it when I thought about it. "Okay, thanks again, night!" I watched as Toby left and started eating as I read my book. Once I had finished the food I headed into the kitchen to wash up my plate and went back into my room. I only read a few more pages before getting into bed and soon fell asleep within a few minutes.

+ Toby -1st Person + I went to bed and had to wake up every two hours to feed the cubs. But when I woke up I just fed them and took them to the main house explaining what I do for them and where I am going. The sun wasn't going to rise for another hour still either. I went back into the cabin and made myself breakfast and then fed Mojo and made my way to the barn. I measured the colt to get him a new halter and to try and get him some special feed to buff him up. My favorite songs played in the background as I brushed the colt, I hummed along as the songs played. It was a quiet morning, and once I finished I went to go make sure Alessandro was awake. ------------------------------------------------------ Sorry I didn't respond yesterday, I didn't have a lot of motivation.

I woke up fairly early, I had no idea what the time was but I could still see that the sun had just begun to rise. I stretched as I got up remembering that I was going into town with Toby this morning. I went to shower before going back into my room to choose some clothes. I picked out a pair of black shorts and a loose fitting pale blue t-shirt, pretty simple and casual. Once I had finished getting ready, I headed into the kitchen to make a quick breakfast and coffee. I wasn't a huge breakfast person so didn't eat too much. Once I had cleared everything up I just looked around quickly for Toby, guessing he was out doing something when he wasn't around the cabin anywhere. I headed back into my room to wait, just picking up my book to read. It wasn't too long until I heard someone enter the cabin and guessed that it was Toby. I got up and went over to him "Good morning!" I spoke fairly quiet and with a smile. (No worries, I get it!)

+ Toby - 1st Person + I just nodded at him, I still had my morning voice since I hadn't talked much. I went and changed into a white flannel with the symbol of the ranch on the breast pocket and on the back. Except the back had the name and the embroidery was gold. I threw on my nicer bootcut jeans and grabbed my cowboy boots instead of my work boots. I picked out the bull-riding belt buckle that I won last year, I admired it for a bit before throwing it on my belt and putting the belt on. I paused before walking out my bedroom door. I realized Alessandro didn't have anything with the ranch on it so I grabbed one of my old shirts that barely fit anymore. I grabbed a hoodie as well and one of my old ones for him, they both have the ranch crest and name on them. I stepped out and handed the stuff to him, "I'm guessing you haven't been given anything with the ranch crest on it since you probably won't be staying through rodeo season. They should fit you, but keep them. Anytime we go into town we are required to wear them." I explained grabbing my hat and then grabbing my keys. "Come on, it's gonna be cold in the town since it is covered by the shade of a mountain until it is almost noon," I explained letting Mojo get in before I got into the driver's seat, waiting for Alessandro.

I smiled again quickly, and on seeing that Toby went back to his room, I went back to mine to quickly tidy everything up. I wasn't really the most organised person but did like to make sure my living area was clean and atleast somewhat tidy. Once that was done I went back into the kitchen, leaning on the doorway as I waited for Toby. I instantly noticed the clothing he was holding and wondered what it was for until he handed them to me and started talking. I listened with a nod, "Oh okay, thanks" I said with a small smile. I listened to what Toby said and put the hoodie on over my shirt. I quickly put the shirt in my room before heading out the cabin and to the vehicle where Toby was. I got into the seat and smiled over at him before turning to look out the window. I had made sure to grab my phone before I left and was quite looking forward to hearing from Crystal.

+ Toby - 1st Person + Mojo lay down between us as I opened th garage door and pulled out of the cabin's garage. Before I knew it we were on our way and the sun was blaring down on my truck. I had my window rolled down as the radio played, humming along. Mojo was fast asleep and when my hand wasn't on the gear stick I was petting him. He was just happy and content, i glanced back to make sure his harness and stuff were still behind the seats and they were. Then my focus turned to Alessandro who was staring out the window. I cleared my throat for a second, "The internet should work now," I said looking back at the road.

I watched the scenery as Toby drove, it was quite a relaxing feeling just being in the truck and watching the countryside pass me by. I let my thoughts drift, thinking about the past few days, they certainly weren't what I was expecting but I was enjoying it so far. It seemed like I had been on the farm quite alot longer than what I had thought though. Toby's voice threw me from my thoughts and I looked at him with a quick smile before pulling my phone out. Sure enough the Internet was fairly decent and I had quite a few messages. Most were from my parents, although there were a few from Crystal. I replied to my parents first just telling them about my time so far and then read the few texts from Crystal. There was one just asking what it was like and then the others were just Crystal being sarcastic. I chuckled as I replied 'Not dead, there's just no Internet in the cabin, and I'm doing well, how are you?' I sent the text before turning my phone off and looking back out the window.
