Rae glanced back down as the fight dissipated, finishing off the leg and glancing down at his schedule. His entire afternoon was consistent of magic classes, the very reason he had been enrolled, not that he was all too excited. His magic could be dangerous if used wrongly, as he had seen before- not that it ever had before the incident but.. It was too painfully fresh for him. He’d need to suck it up soon though, he guessed with a soft laugh under his breath, as he stood to walk to his class. |

Eyes following the students trotting outside, Rae made himself as small as he could to avoid being trampled as he walked against the flow, eager to get to his class. Although it was less the class he was excited for and more about finishing what he needed to get done- the teacher had requested him to come in at the start of the break to discuss.. Something.
Making it to the class, the last few morning students filtered out to leave Rae and the teacher alone. She was a tall canine, although her fur was a stark contrast to the tan, scarred walls in the gorgeous patterns swirling about her rowan coat. Her voice- surprisingly commanding- rang out in the large, now open room.
“Rae, was it?” She recounted as she stood to greet him.
“That would be me!” He responded, ears perking up as he picked up his pace to greet her.
“So, your powers? We have you down as a Geoknetic, but that’s a pretty wide category.”
Rae nodded, “I mostly can shape the earth and the likes of that. Not much into the plant-y stuff.” This was met with an encouraging nod in what Rae continued with. “I use it defensively, for the most part.”
“Well, that’s all I needed to know. Thank you, Rae.”
“Thank you, Miss!” Rae called as he trotted out the door towards the exterior exits. |

Trotting outside, Rae found himself surrounded by stranger wolves running amok. Taking a few steps forward he tucked his bag closer, puffing out his chest to look bigger. Rae trotted out onto the grass, eyes glancing around until they fell on the girl from earlier, shaking his fur out before heading over.
“Hello!” He greeted, “I’m Rae, what’s your name?” |
