Lily looked up at Alma as she answered the door, offering a hint of a smile before sliding into the trailer. A quick glance around the room told her that Finn was still here, splayed out on the cough with his wings spread out beside him. “It went fine.” She replied shortly, unwilling to give away too much about her inner thoughts. “He is organising to take us on Saturday night.” Lily looked over her shoulder towards Alma as the scent of the soup drifted across the room and very almost drew a purr to her throat. Only the feeling of the keys in her hand reminded her that she was talking. “He was in awe of Callisto, so I would say it worked well.” Lily gave a gentle shrug as she stepped closer to Finn and offered the keys and fob to him. “Thank you for letting me use your car.” A small smile followed her thanks. Callisto had immediately sat down at the table, keeping to himself in order to avoid Lily’s wrath if he said the wrong thing about their encounter with her father. That and her crazy driving. He shifted in his seat as Lily made her way over and settled into a chair, peering over towards Alma as she began to bring bowls to the table. Lily tightened her jaw ever so slightly, she supposed this is the sort of thing she had missed out on. Her parents had rarely been home and if they were, it was researching for Veles or picking out a new sacrifice. Their whole world revolved around Veles and his sad little hotel. “Thank you, Alma. It smells amazing.” She tipped her head up to look at the older woman kindly.

Alma tipped her head lightly. Saturday... she glanced back toward the calendar with a small frown. That was... two days from the current date. One considering how late it was now. "That gives us a day to prepare," Alma commented finally, leaning back to look toward the ragtag group. "Are we sure that's enough time?" "It'll be plenty," Finn said, moving from couch to table. "Is it going to be enough to figure out what your friend is?" Alma responded to Finn before glancing toward Callisto. "You and your friend didn't talk much did you? Either way, Finn has some questions about what he might be." Finn winced and rubbed the back of his neck, sitting beside Lily. "I mean, here's the thing. If we know for sure what he is, then it makes it easier to deal with him. But if we don't know what he really is, then all of this? Gone. It's thrown out the window. But if ... you wouldn't mind answering some questions, it'll help narrow it down. I mean, you two both attacked the god several times right? And ... more or less kept an eye on him?" Alma smiled back toward Lily and sat down on the other side of Finn. "Driving wasn't too bad, was it? I know it's close to rush hour and all of that but I hope it wasn't too bad."

Lily gave a small scrunch of her nose as Finn announced that they would be prepared by then, in truth she didn’t think they’d ever be completely prepared. Afterall, this was a god they were talking about killing. Callisto cocked his head to one side, glancing between Finntello and Alma as they spoke to him. “We did speak, just not about where he had come from or exactly how he had died. I was not in the room with him when that happened, I was with the other offering.” He narrowed his eyes as he kept listening. “Well..Attacking Veles was more Xevon’s forte. I only did it when I had to, he would go out looking for him just so they could scrap.” Callisto sighed, lifting a spoon to begin stirring the soup lightly before lifting a portion to lips lips and blowing on it before swallowing. Lily’s eyes flicked up as she realised that she was being spoken to, peering past Finn to see her, she offered a smile. “It was alright, not too many crazy people on the road tonight.” She mused, which earned a quick look from Callisto, a smidge of shock and disbelief towards her statement. She was the crazy on the road upon their return. “A bit of traffic versus killing a god, it doesn’t really compare against my bigger concerns.” Lily let out a small laugh, better to laugh about it than fret. At least for the time being.

Finn nodded slowly, standing up to grab his notes again. "Mkay," he switched seats with Alma to compare his notes with what Callisto knew. "Let me--let me just tell you what I've got so far and you tell me if that sounds like him." He leaned back in his chair. "He only feels hatred or despair, maybe fury or grief. Another source said that the soul could be broken--inducing a Wraith state..." He continued to ask and either make notes or scratch out what fit and what didn't. The woman's eyes softened in return, setting her hand on Lily's arm. She knew that the younger woman had many more emotions than what she was letting onto. But she wouldn't press, not here. Alma tipped her head lightly. "I suppose that's true. Then again, I've got a whole bunch of feathers that are just sitting there. I'm starting to think about making pillows and jackets, what do you think?" She glanced toward the couch, a small pile of brightly colored feathers lay just beside it. They at least were in a neat pile... that was at least something rather than nothing. "I think we could make a pretty good business, what do you think? Should we name it something in particular?"
