The Northern pack looked like they quickly settled into the dens. With niw nothing to do and most of the patrols over, Iris walked over to the pile of prey. There was a lot of small birds, couple of fish, a few brown colored frogs and some other prey stuff. She took a medium sized marsh rabbit from the pile and carried it over to a large Mangrove on the edge of camp. The tree's branches streached out creating a small area of shade.
Iris set the rabbit down and began to eat. Tearing through the fur with her teath to get to the tasty meat.
