Liri almost didn't see Delta and might have missed him if she had still been human. When she did first see him, she froze in place and growled quietly. Taking a few seconds to actually recognize him the way he was sitting I the dark. She had just woken up afterall. His scent was the first thing that hit her and she relaxed. "Oh, Delta.." she mumbled, mildly irritated as she cooled down. "How are you feeling? Hungry I guess" she said, glancing up towards the clock as she moved over to curl up on a chair. It was still a little while until 6am so she wasn't going to worry about waking the others yet.

Delta looked up when he realized that it was Liri by her scent and by her voice. "Not too tired" He answered to her question about how he was feeling, "And yeah... Being hungry is what woke me up" He said again, his voice was quiet as to not wake the others. "How about you? Why are you awake at this time?" Delta asked her with a yawn, a little curious. While usually they were early birds of the group, they were never awake this early at all.

Liri nodded slightly in response, fighting off a yawn. "New place..bad dreams" she answered with a slight shrug. She rested her head back with a sigh, taking a moment to listen to the early morning sounds that surrounded her. Though she was fairly certain she could here someone snoring. Either Wyatt snoring quietly or someone snoring loudly even further away. Maybe it was one of the dogs. She frowned ever so slightly at the strange path her thoughts had decided to follow. "We're training alongside the dogs today" she informed Delta quietly, distracting herself from her thoughts.

"Makes sense," Delta said to Liri telling him that she was only up due to bad dreams. He took another bite of his dinner, or well...breakfast for him "If you want to talk about the dreams you can" He said before she told him that they would be working alongside the dogs from the night before. "Those annoying dogs?" Delta huffed, he remembered them keeping him from sleeping before shutting them up. "I hope they won't be annoying today, if they are I'm putting them in their place"

Liri gave a slight nod in thanks when he offered to let her talk about her dreams. She found it easier to just not to. It was much easier to ignore them than to face them. And it did her no harm other than keeping her out of some extra sleep occasionally. She laughed softly at his response to hearing they would be working with the dogs. "I'm sure they learned their lesson. We don't want them terrified of us" she said calmly with a light amusement. She didn't blame him though, the dogs had been rather annoying with their constant barking.

Delta thought for a moment before responding to what Liri said, "mmmm fine" He answered. "I'll do my best to not terrify them... No promises though" He chuckled after saying the last part. Focusing back down on his meal and finishing it up after a few minutes, adding the plate to the pile of dirty plates from the night before. "Not sure if I have enough room for breakfast now" He laid his arms down on the table and the put his head on top of them. Edited at March 14, 2021 12:24 PM by Moonwing

Liri smiled, "well that's good enough." She curled got herself more comfortable in her seat and let her eyes slide shut for a few minutes as Delta finished his meal. Smiling again at what he said. "I think it's still a while before breakfast arrives, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem" she murmured sleepily, sighing as she made her eyes open. She was still a bit tired, but even if she managed to fall asleep now, it would be pointless. A loud thud made her jump and sit up straight. "Oh, there goes Wyatt. Wonder if the impact woke him this time" she muttered, amused by the realization that it had been him falling off his bed again.

Delta could tell by her voice that Liri was still kinda sleepy but didn't want to fall asleep. He lifted his head when he heard a thud coming from one of the rooms, since he was out of it last night he didn't know which room belonged to the others. A soft chuckle came from him after Liri's comment, " Pretty sure that's like the 50th time that has happened, he might wake up but.. Wyatt is a deep sleeper" Wyatt always seemed to always have a problem with falling out of his bed most days, making everyone what he dreaming about that he move a lot in bed.

Liri slouched back into her seat as she relaxed, laughing softly. "I think he doesn't even realize he has fallen off the bed half the time" she stated calmly, having witnessed how deeply the guy could sleep sometimes. Especially when he was tired out. One time she had woken up early and found him still fast asleep on the couch from after dinner. That day of training had been particularly tough and her attempts of waking him up so he could actually go to bed had been futile. She was pretty she had rolled him off the couch as a last resort and he still hadn't woken up. A glance towards the clock made her realize 6am had crept significantly closer by now. "We should probably start waking them up soon" she commented, knowing Emerald and Emery specifically might need some extra time to gain full consciousness.

Delta looked up at the clock as well, surprised that the time flew by so fast. "Guess so" He sat up in his chair and stretched his arms and yawned, "Who should we wake up first then? Our fellow rock, our two late birds or our wolf sleeper" Delta said as he referred to Wyatt as a rock for obvious reasons, Emerald and Emery as the late birds since they loved sleeping in late, and Sombra as the wolf sleeper since he often shifted in his sleep. "We have a good set of options" He said with another chuckle.
