There was a shocked silence for a few seconds and Wyatt was the first to break it when he started laughing. "Well that answers the questions" he stated with a grin, delighted by the unexpected interaction. And also thankful to have some silence. The barking had been constant since they got here. It had started to work on his nerves a little. Liri wasn't quite sure how to react when Delta appeared from his room and made straight for the door. Not knowing what he was about to do. Until she heard the growl and dogs shut up. The silence stretched, then Wyatt started laughing. She smiled slightly herself and shook her head. "Now we'll just have to see how things work out if we have to work alongside them." Emery giggled softly when Wyatt started to laugh, breaking the silence. Delta reacting like that was unexpected, but at the same time not entirely surprising. Very welcome though, because the dogs were now quiet for once.

"Huh, and here I thought he wouldn't leave his bed until tomorrow" Sombra said with a chuckle after Delta had made the dogs stop barking. He smiled at Wyatt when he started to laugh and then turned his attention back to Liri, "If what just happen proves something, it's that they might listen to Delta which will make it easy to work along side them" He said as he jumped slightly when someone knocked and opened the door. Emerald giggled a little at Delta's actions while Wyatt laughed. She guess that even if Delta was extremely tired, he was still going to be himself whenever he felt annoyed. She listened to what Sombra said to Liri, "Well dogs are always trying to prove who's more dominant so... I don't think the dogs will have trouble following that since Delta is more dominant than the rest of us" Emerald said before yelping in surprise at the sudden knock at the door. Two of the guards knocked on the door and then walked in. They had witnessed Delta growling at the dogs since they had been walking over with dinner at that point, but they were surprised to only see 5 of them in the space. "No need to be on edge, we just brought dinner for you" One guard said with a smile as he realized he scared them.

Liri nodded in agreemant to Sombra, "I think so too." She jumped at the knock on the door, a quiet growl escaping from her. Though recognizing the guards, she settled back down with a sigh. Realizing she was surprisingly hungry when the smell of food hit her nose. Any thought of the dogs disappeared for now and the guards were greeted with a far less defensive demeanor since they had food on them. Wyatt tensed slightly at the sound of the knock, but quickly recognized who it was and also realized what they brought. "Well since you have food" he said with a grin, getting to his feet to help. He hadn't eaten since the night before and he was starving. He'd just been distracted enough by the conversation to not complain about it. "Should we let Delta sleep or wake him for dinner?" Emery questioned, knowing he was probably just as hungry as them, but also in need of sleep so he could recover from the drugs.

Emerald thought for a moment before answering Emery's question. "I think we should leave him be for now" She said as she headed to the table. "From the sound of it, the dogs made him grumpy, and I don't want to deal with a grumpy Delta" She said honestly, Emerald thought Delta was at his scariest whenever he was grumpy and sleepy. "Thanks for the food... I honestly forgot that we didn't eat today" Sombra said as he sat down at the table, his stomach suddenly growling loudly. Settling down his nerves as a plate of food was placed in front of him, he really was hungry now that he thought about it. The guards placed the plates of food down on the nearby table, while they started to gather there. "it's alright if one of you doesn't it, we'll still leave the plate of food here in case of some Midnight cravings" The second guard said with a chuckle.

Emery laughed softly. "Yeah, I suppose that's best" she agreed. A little worried since none of them had eaten today, but he'd probably live and appreciate being left in peace for the night. It would feel a little weird ot having all of them together for a meal though. She went with the others to the table and sat down, eager to eat. Liri found a seat, slightly amused at the speed they had gathered around the food. Though Wyatt was probably still somehow the first there. She smiled ever so slightly at what the guard said. It was kind of odd seeing them outside of when something was going wrong or during training.

"Eat up and get some rest, tomorrow you'll be working with the dogs. As the Sargent feels that the situation with the dogs takes priority since before Delta's intervention they were non stop barking" The first guard said as they headed to the door. "Other than that, have a good night" The second guard said as they left and shut it behind them. Sombra started to eat his food while the guards talked about what they would be doing tomorrow. He kinda zoned out a little bit but he picked up that they would be working with the dogs, probably cause no one expected the dogs reactions to them. At least they didn't have to worry about doing combat training first, Sombra guessed that this was Sargent Hannes's way of still getting them settled. Emerald listened as the first guard told them that they would be working with the dogs first, before training along side the soldiers. She honestly preferred it that way, since just thinking about the older soldiers made her a little nervous. "Sounds good to me" Emerald said as she ate.

Wyatt wasn't listening, as usual, simply eating. One could say he was eating as if he hadn't eaten for day, instead of just the one day, but he just about ate like that everytime. So it didn't count. Liri had no complaints about what they were doing the next day. It seemed less nerve wrecking than having combat training and certainly was far better than having to go out on a mission first thing. Maybe things wouldn't be too bad here. Ofcourse they had see how they would be getting on with the other soldiers first and going out on missions would be scary, but still. Maybe being at the base itself wouldn't be too bad. She started eating, relieved to have food. And even though she had been idle for a good part of the day and even sleeping some, she still found herself kind of tired. Probably still from the busy week along with the stress of today. Emery listened to what the guards said, nodding in agreemant what Emerald said, then turned her attention to her food. Realizing just how hungry she was as she started eating.

Dinner surprisingly went fast as everyone ate a little quicker than normal since they hadn't eaten the whole day. There wasn't much chit-chatting as everyone focused on the food in front of them. There was nothing left on their plates when they were finished, the only plate not touched was Delta's.
Sombra yawned and stretched after he had finished eating, piling up the empty plates together in the middle of the table like he always did. He stood up from his seat, with a full stomach he suddenly felt very tired and then he remembered that he and Wyatt didn't get any sleep on the way here. Though Liri, Emerald, and Emery had napped and still looked tired after eating. "Well, I'm gonna head off to bed..." Sombra yawned as he went and disappeared into his new room.
Emerald curled up in her chair after she had finished her plate of food rather quickly. She placed her arms on her knees and then rested her head on her eyes, her eyes fluttered as she tried to fight sleep but it wasn't working. She turned her gaze to Sombra when stood up and told them that he was going to sleep, taking this opportunity, Emerald got up from her chair and headed to her room after saying goodnight. Curling up in her bed and holding on tightly to her stuffed cow, it didn't take for her to pass out without even getting under the covers.

When Sombra and Emerald left for bed, the other three soon followed. All exhausted despite not having been active today. Wyatt shut the door behind him and simply collapsed on his bed. Passing out within seconds. Emery didn't take much longer to fall asleep either, curled up comfortably in her bed. Liri found herself awake a while longer, taking in the new noises of the place they now lived in. It was strange, to realize how little now held her within these walls. She could easily get out if she wanted to. Eventually her eyes fell shut and she drifted to sleep with a soft sigh. Getting in some much needed rest. Only to wake up again what felt way too soon. Liri jolted awake from a nightmare, frightened when she found herself in a place she did not recognize. She scrambled to sit up, looking around with wide eyes until she remembered where she was. No longer in the facility. With a sleepy groan, she slowly got out of bed. It was definetly morning and she vaguely remembered that they had to get up early. What time was it? It was still quiet, so she guessed it was before 6am still. But she was awake and unable to go back to sleep. So she dug out some clean clothes from her bag and got dressed. Then quietly came out of her room to see if anyone else might be awake.

To Liri's surprise there was someone else awake, she almost couldn't see them cause it was so dark. Delta was sitting at the table eating the food that was left for him the night before. He had woken up earlier due to his stomach growling, so it took him a good 30 minutes to get himself out of bed and go and eat. Delta heard someone coming out of their room but didn't say anything as he was still in his sleepy so he didn't even think of calling out to them. He did wonder why someone else was up so early, were they hungry too? Or did they just not sleep well.
