Revalor snorts, "You know they never will." He scratches his neck. Revalor rolls his eyes at Jaxon's smirk and remark. "You're starting to sound like my siblings, Jax." Before he heads off. Okay, so maybe they were right. He needed to make it official between him and Elle. But.. in his fair defense, Elle hadn't said anything either. She hadn't said or done anything that made it seem like she wanted more than what they currently had... Right? What if he was oblivious? They had been doing this for for over a year now... He'd talked to his father about it to, who'd said the same thing, just not in a direct way. Maybe it was time to cave, he did really like Elle, like a lot.

Ayduin snorts, "Rev is bold and brave in a lot of ways, and girls is just not one of them." Ayduin rubs his chin, "I do have to admit that I am a little surprised. It's been what, nearly two years now since he and Elle first started talking?" Ruina shoots a surprised look towards Revalor, then towards Jax and Ayduin. "Two years? Are you joking?" Ayduin shakes his head, smirking, with a brief side look at Jax. "Nope, nearly two years." Ruina rubs her face, "Wow, patient girl. Not in a bad way, but most girls get too impatient." Ayduin nudges his sister, "Fair, but some girls are fine without the label." Ruina tips her head, "Fair. It seems like they are serious, do all the boyfriend-girlfriend stuff, just without the label." Ayduin nods in agreement.

Ruina nods at Jax, "Thanks." Before her eyes dart back to her brother. Ayduin nods. "Well, as we all know, Rev will be hanging out with Elle." Ayduin runs a hand through his hair, "I guess I'll probably head home for a shower and work on some homework." Ruina adds, "I've got to go to the doctors for a new physical so I can play." Ayduin frowns at his sister, "What do you mean a new physical? I thought you got one at the beginning of the year?" Ruina groans, "I did, but Coach says that a new policy's been implemented. She said I had to get a new one since I went into a new school district." Ayduin grunts, "Sounds stupid." Ruina sighs, "I agree. Dad's set an appointment up for me later this afternoon though, so I'll probably go get it done and over with."

Ayduin nods at Jax, "Hiking doesn't sound half bad. It's been a while since we've all gone." Revalor and Ayduin liked the outdoors, and had gone hiking with Jax a couple of times, especially over the summer. When Revalor returns, he was easily integrated into the conversation. Revalor groans at Jax's comment, "Is nobody on my side?" Ayduin smirks at his brother, "Rev, my dear brother, you know we're right." Ayduin is the first to duck into his car, the engine roaring to life as he starts it. Ruina pushes off her car. "Don't be mad we're right." She raises an eyebrow at him, "Besides, two years? Seriously?" Then she ducks into her car, Revalor playfully snapping after her, "Hey!" He shoots an exasperated look at Jax before getting into his car as well.

-Gym-
Revalor rolls his eyes, "Hey, I'm getting closer and closer everyday. I figure I'll get a new PR within the week." Ayduin wriggles his eyebrows at his brother, "Oh yeah, Jax ain't wrong, getting pumped for Elle? I've always heard woman like muscles." Ruina laughs before her nose wrinkles as Revalor fires back, "Oh yeah, Elle loves my muscles. When we--" Ruina cuts him off, "I love you, big brother, but I am not listening to a singular detail about your sex life, you got it? I will throw something at you. I will hit over the head. I will throw up. Got it?" Revalor half grimaces, half snorts, "Alright, alright, Ruina. I get it, sorry." Ayduin snickers at his two siblings, god he loved that Ruina lived with them now. She needed some sibling-normalcy every day.

Revalor nods back at Jax, a quiet thanks before he turns to his sister. "Ruina." Her jaw tightens, "No." She doesn't realize she's been cornered until she looks up. Ayduin and Revalor's grey eyes are tense, concerned. Ruina mutters, "I don't want to talk about it." Ayduin quietly asks, "Is it Mom?" Ruina's shoulders tense. She forces herself to relax as she continues to stretch, still trying to avoid the conversation. "I'm not having this conversation, leave me alone. Go do your work out, okay? Revalor, I know how much you hate missing a workout and you only have two hours before you go to your date with Elle." Her oldest brother's eyes narrow and he steps closer, "Ruina. Screw my stupid workout. Okay? You're my sister, and something is bothering you."

Ruina goes to push past her brothers, but Ayduin gently grabs her arm and tugs her back. "No ma'am." Ruina groans, she loved her brothers to death. She really did, and she appreciated their concern, but she really did not want to have this conversation here. In the middle of the gym. Ruina takes a deep breath, "Fine, yes, it's Mom. But can we talk about this later? At home." The twins exchange a glance, "Only if you promise you'll actually talk about it, and we tell Dad." Ruina's jaw tenses again, Revalor sighs, "Rui, your happiness and your mental health matters. And she just keeps tearing you down, okay? We can do something about it, but you have to tell us, okay? Dad says we can get a restraining order, but you can't keep us in the dark."

Ruina sighs, "Okay, I promise. Later, tonight." The twins exchange another glance, and then nods again. Finally they scatter, Ayduin and Ruina head off to work out together. While Revalor walks over to Jax, glancing at the bar, "I think I'm going for a PR today." It was easy to pretend that nothing had just happened. And he knew he could tell Jax, but, it wasn't his place to tell. Sure, he and Ayduin had faced emotional backlash from their parents situation and their mother. But the boys had gotten off life since they got to live with their father after the split.

(I was thinking, after Revalor leaves, Ayduin, Ruina, and Jax could be talking and that is when Jax's ex comes up. And she first assumes that something is going on between Ruina and Jax. Unless you had a different idea to start the drama?)

(I'm completely okay with that! I was actually going to give her some backstory in this post and a introduction so it's more explained instead of it just being. She showed up xD)

Jaxon Richewell

~Gym before he had walked away~

Jaxon chuckled at Ayduin's words about women liking muscles followed by Revalor's comeback about his activites with Elle. Jaxon glanced to Ruina at her playful threat about not wanting to know about her brother's sex life. "Don't worry.. he couldn't talk about it even if he could.. He's gotta have a sex life to talk about one." Jaxon teased as he glanced to Revalor with a smirk. He knew if Revalor had ended up going that far with Elle he'd either semi hint at it or he'd be able to catch a vibe. Which for the last two years that they've been on and off.. He's never been told or gotten a vibe from either Revalor or Elle when talking to them.

~ After walking away at Gym ~

Jaxon glanced towards where the three family members were still talking. He tended to be nosey sometimes sure but in this scenario he could tell when he should listen and when he shouldn't. Considering he barely knew Ruina and knew as far as the problem was about her he thought better than to eavesdrop. If needed to know he'd know, simple as that. Jaxon started doing leg flexes and stretching to distract his mind from the family and the delayed gym time. Well for them atleast, he wasn't going to stop his workout to wait for Revalor, he'd simply change his workout until Revalor joined him.

So after having gotten his stretches in he went up to one of the unoccupied squat racks and did a quick one two hop to grab the bar that was hooked on the railing set up above him. He let his body stretch out by gravity before he readjusted his hands on the bar to face towards him as he slowly began to pull himself up with his arms till his chin went above the bar. Since he was on the football team they technically needed more leg power than arm power but he didn't like feeling like one part of him was stronger than the other so every workout even if it was for a few reps, he made sure to include a arm work out of some degree. So today pull-ups were that arm workout while he waited.

Normally Jaxon would play music in one ear with his airpods or bring a speaker for both of them as a distraction but since he left his speaker at home due to the rush he had been in this morning so he was forced to listen to the gym's music choices and the voices in his head. Jaxon gritted his teeth as he continued to lift up and down, counting the number of complete pull ups as his arms started to burn and he could see his muscles tensing. He counted to atleast 3 sets of 15 reps before he noticed Revalor making his way to the set up bench and he gently dangled letting his body stretch out once more before he lightly let go of the bar and dropped the rest of the way to the ground.

Jaxon ran his hands over his pulsing arms before walking to remaining space to lean his arms against Revalor's set up bench. He scanned over Revalor's face to check for any emotional uncertainties before he shook his head clearing his mind from his concern for Rev and his family. Clearly if he wanted to talk about it he would. He chuckled at Revalor's words with a small smile spreading across his lips "You better PR, then you got something to brag to Elle about." Jaxon teased as he tapped the bar with his hands. He adjusted his position behind the bench before looking to Rev with a gesture towards the bench "Let's get you started...We gotta make up for that lost time." Jaxon murmured as he glanced towards where he watched Ayduin and Ruina walk off to, to do their own workouts he presumed.

Liana Weston, 19, Softball & Basketball player

Liana had started her morning like she normally did, waking up two hours before school so she had enough time to curl her hair, do a whole face of makeup and make breakfast. Liana lived in the same neighborhood as Jaxon did however they never saw each other anymore after their fight that happened about a month ago. When he had ended it with him screaming that he was done with their relationship. She didn't believe him and thought it was just him lashing out until she noticed that he had blocked her number when she started spam texting him after the fact and avoiding her at school. She hated it and was convinced there was a reason. There had to be a better reason. No one ever just broke up with her. She always was the person to end a relationship and for him to break up with her after 2 years, after she had waited for him to finish his football game. It was humiliating. It was enraging.

Liana having been with him for two years felt like she knew him inside and out. It just didn't make sense. She didn't handle the breakup well and she still wasn't. She still had all the pictures of them. Prom king and queen in junior year, pictures at his family events that he swore his dad was dragging them to, pictures of them from school and at her and his games. They were perfect together. She thought they were perfect together. Why didn't he? He had to be hiding something. After they had broken up she had become more than her normal obsessive, she had started checking the social medias he hadn't blocked her on or using fake accounts to stalk him, to see if there was someone else he was talking to.

Liana had struggled to keep up with her grueling schedule that she had taken on for her senior year; AP classes, softball team captain, class secretary, basketball practices, attending a crap ton of volunteering services for the church her family went to. She was slammed with so many responsibilities and it was hard to keep up when all she wanted to do was for things go back to the way things were. When she had her perfect relationship. When people looked at her like royalty like they respected her. Now lately people have been looking at her with pitty and sincereity after finding out about her and Jaxon. She didn't need their pitty, she was fine.

After she had gone through all her classes and had wrapped up softball practice on her way back towards the locker rooms she had noticed Jaxon talking in the parking lot with his one buddy, Revalor? and two other people. However what had caught her attention was who's car he was next to and who was standing next to him. A girl. Who was she. Liana knew everyone in this school, most of the people here have been in this area since kindergarden but her. She was knew. Liana had glared in that direction with rage before snapping out of it at the sound of one of her teammates telling her to catch up.

Liana had gone into the lockerroom her blood boiling as gears turned in her head about what she had seen. Was this why he broke up with her? Had he been cheating on her with that girl? Was she manipulating him? Who was she? Liana knew she should let it go and just focus on herself, on 'recovering' as her best friend Daena had put it. She just couldn't though. So after she had gotten changed, she shot her family group chat a text message saying she was going to be home late, that she was hitting the gym. She knew it was a long shot but she knew Jaxon and Revalor always went to the gym after school, or almost every day. So.. Maybe he was there? Maybe she was there.
