The pain in her leg was nearly too intense to keep herself, a warrior who'd been trained by the best mentor in all of her clan, from crying out. She had to let them think she was giving up. When the snake's colleagues came to take her, she kicked out, one got a sharp hoof to the temple and cried out, falling back, the others managed to dodge. Swiftly they launched some attacks, leaping at her, sharp claws extended and teeth bared, they raked across her thigh and she whinnied sharply in pain. Throwing her head up, she bit on of the Karkan soldiers and threw the other off. Stamping unsteadily to her feet, she stomped her hoof, waiting for them to charge again. But as they didn't, she whirled around to see a large stone hit her in the temple, thrown by the snake, and she blacked out.
