Sloane shifted to block the sun with a frown. The sun didn't bother her at all, considering her kingdom was in the clouds, (Not these sad, low clouds that the mortals thought were high. Her kingdom was beyound that, and not visible from the ground, or even at this cloud level.) and the sun was always right there. Anyway. "He probably wouldn't expect me to kill him with posion," Sloane thought out loud, "I am more of a person that would go right up to a person and kill them."

Hell was much more likable than the bright, annoyingly mild, earth. Everything here was much to annoying and just off. Kanu much preferred the extreme temperatures of his home, as well as the minimal sun light and the small stars that lit up his home instead of the sun. "For sure, as you tend to be rather direct. Although I hate admitting this. You may be better suited at this attempt than I." Kanu frowned, he was the expert assassain, not Sloane.

Sloane scoffed, "Of course I am. I'm probably better than you at multiple things." A strong breeze came, and Gryphem rose with it slighly. Sloane patted his shoulder, and Bulla slid from her shoulder to nestle down Gryphem's back. Sloane silently wondered if Kanu would be able to understand Bulla, since they were both dragons, and if it was weird for him to see a dragon so relaxed with a fae. Her nose scruntched up, "Hmmm.... I know there is a big fancy dinner coming up recently. Shoter expects one of us to propose then. I could kill him then, and you could find an allibi. They might think one of the guests killed him."

A small chuckle escaped Kanu's lips, maybe the princess could beat him at a few things but never his own job. This was the one exception. "You're going to poison him... at the dinner? In front of everyone? I mean, that's honestly a great idea, I'd do it if I wasn't the biggest suspect for any murder ever." Kanu loved theatrics, drama was amazing.

Sloane scowled slightly, "I mean, why not? It's probably the best time to do it. When I figure out what poison it is, I can tell if my body would be able to handle it. For them to not suspect me even further I could eat some of the stuff to make it seem like they tried to kill me too, but it failed." She shrugged, as if possibly creating a near-death experience for herself was no big deal - it happened every Tuesday.

Kanu furrowed his brow and shook his head, if Sloane died too he'd definitely be locked up for the murder of the princess and the king. Though he highly doubted anyone would miss either of them, it was still rather illegal. Though Kanu's very existence was... illegal but that was a technicality. "I truly don't think you should try to poison yourself. If you die then it goes on me and I may be willing to kill the prince but I would rather not have my father in a rage as your kingdom releases its wrath on mine. Perhaps you could act sick? I would refrain from eating it, even if you are a 'heavenly' being."

Sloane shrugged off Kanu's words, "It might be a poison that doesn't affect me at all or something. Either way, I'll feign sickness, that can be my allibi, and you will be out and about where people can see you, so you couldn't possibly be at the palace. If you fake being sick as well, then it could be seen that all three of us were targeted or something."

Kanu grinned, he was an absolutely amazing actor. If he wasn't an amazing assassin then he would've definitely become an actor. "Sounds good to me, just don't actually poison yourself and we should be good. We won't have to deal with the humans anymore after this." Kanu smirked, as if this was wonderful news.

Sloane looked down at the human city, "The human's themselves are pests," she agreed, "But it's nice to be away from the Heavens." That place certainly wasn't her home. Everyone there hated her, not that Sloane cared, and it would still be a few hundred years before she felt like taking the throne. The current leaders were doing fine.

Kanu made a small noise of disagreement. "Meh, this place isn't very nice. Much too bright really, though I must say, the garden truly is beautiful. Not like you care or anything, but it was nice while it lasted. I'm sure that you'll miss me though, you have been such a delight to be around and I know I've made you grin on at least one occasion so that's a win for me." Kanu smiled, his cocky demeanor back in full swing.
