CHani placed the best shield she could muster with the powers she had to offer but she knew it wouldnt hold agaist the dragon " You dont even know who I am, beast!" she said seathing, going invisible and stayed silent before taking her knife and looked for the best place to strike Venom. Right now wasnt a good shot.

Where would the best place be to kill a dragon? she thought as she moved gracefully away to a safe distance, her eyes never leaving Venum. My god.... Im so stupid... its the belly!... she chuckled at herself before moving out once again almost getting hit by Venom's tail. " Watch where you move that tail!"

Venom crouched quickly, she knew where Chani was attempting to get at, she had her under wings tightly against herself, her larger pair aggressively flapped, they reached where ever they could have. Her tail equally matched the energy and clubbed around, slamming against anything it could aggressively.

Chani groaned as her forearm was sliced , blood dripping gently “ Please… stop.. I never di anything wrong and your just acting out in rage that wont make things any better” her eyes looked at Venom then at the King.. “ im begging you to give Amber another chance. She has served you all these centuries. You cant just give up on her like this.!”

Another slice to her arm and she landed on her knees, her head bowed “ I know I deserved what I did… but I cant and wont allow you to treat her like this…” her gently lifted her head. “ all im saying is… give her another chance. In the mean time… I have to fix this.”

She then stood up looked at Venom before turning invisible and ran to her bedroom where Obsidian and Amber awaited her. A small smile crept across her face when she saw them. " There you are."

Venom stood up slowly and sat at Ambers spot at the King's feet. The king was deep in thought, possibly taking into consideration her words. He didn't speak and let her leave, he looked at Venom and then sighed angrily.

"Don't listen to her, she'll ruin your goals." Venom said "kindly" to the King, she rested, or tried to, her large head on the kKing's lap. He nodded slowly and started petting her, Venoms eyes narrowing with a smirk.

"Chani! Are you okay?" Said Obsidian rushing up and grabbing her arm and looking at it frantically.

What goals, beast? Chani snarled at her in her mind as she winced “ yes.. Im…Im fine Obsidian. " I fought the kings new beast and I ultimately and greatly lost. And this is what I get” she says looking at the cuts on both her arms “ I guess I don’t know who I am any more. “

She just then turned invisible and went to go sit on the bed “ I failed him and my own kind, Amber…I think its best if I head back to where I trully belong.”

Amber and Obsidian both looked at each other and nodded in agreement.

"We can help you out..." they said in unison. Obsidian sat at her feet, or where he thought her feet were, and looked up into the nothingness.

"We support that choice, it's very obviously not safe for you here." He said smiling a sympatically.

Persephone was locked in the bedroom, she banged on the door violently and screamed in pure rage. She threw things everywhere trying to escape but ultimately couldn't.

"FUCKING RAT OF A KING IS WHAT HE IS!" She screamed.

" I failed. That what what has happened" Chani said trying to hold back the angelic tears back. SHe could hear Persephone screaming in her bedroom " I have to go help her..." she thought as she made herself visible " come...both of you... I need all the weight I can get to break down that door"

Her knife in her hand, tight in her fingers " if anyone tries to stop me, I'll kill them" she said walking out the door and towards the screams Stand back Pesephone.

Persephone could hear theme approach and she called out.

"CHANI? AMBER? OBSIDIAN?" She called, even though she didn't quite like Amber she would gladly change her mind if she helped her out.
"Yeah, it's us!" Amber hollard.

"Oh really~?" Venom hissed. She stood behind them, she was slightly taller than Obsidian, equally matched physically. Her tail slashed more, it still had Chani's blood decorating it and the surrounding scales, "I wont disappoint MY king" she said smugly.
"Venom... for the love of god... STOP IT" Obsidian growled. He turned and puffed himself out, ready to face her.

“ Back off, Venom. “ Chani said defensively back as she unshiethed her weapon and stood against the cold door. She kenw a few ways of using magic, but how would she be able to get Venom far enough away from her Amber… Im sorry I have to do this… but you need to distract her for me then looked at Obsidian You stay here with me as guardian. Got it?

She hated to sound like the angel from those centies ago but she had no other choice. She had to stand her ground like in a battle.

She folded her wings and turned invisible hoping it would be impossible for Venom to strike. She also placed a triple shield around each of them so that if Venom broke one, it would be able to recharge in the meantime. Get going you two! She snarled as she used a tiny tool to try and open the door. But that didn’t work. Persephone… is there a specific way to open a door like this…

Amber nodded more than happy to hopefully fuck some shit up, she morphed into her hellhound form and growled visciously at Venom.

Obsidian nodded in agreement and stood his ground, he was more of a boxer type of fighter.

Persephone checked at the door, looking around.

"JUST BREAK THE FUCKIN' THING" She yelled, she didn't enjoy the situation she was in, she was in complete panic.

Amber's ears perked. She then looked at Obsidian and signalled him to move Chani.

Obsidian grabbed Chani as Amber charged at Venom and slid under her, it hurt her paw pads slightly but she darted back out and towards the door.
