Amara kept her eyes on the water as it danced upon the shoreline, creating soft noises. She didnt look at him as he mentioned falling into a dark place. "I am sure if she was still alive you would have fought to stay with her" she said with a small smile, though it felt more fake than ever. *Would he ever feel the way I do* she thought as she listened. She couldnt blame him for being so upset with what happened to his lover. When he mentioned marrying a wonderful and beautiful woman, Amara glanced over at him, blushing brightly. "You dont really mean that" she said, back to her soft teasing tone, and true smile. Her eye watched him as she glanced towards the right a bit, motioning to Sebastian to look as well. Luna galloped along the shoreline with a small group of horses behind her. The way the sun and water framed the equine was certainly something Amara liked to see as she looked back at Sebastian. Amara watched Sebastian for a moment before she gave a small sigh. "Sebastian, I..." She seemed to hesitate as she spoke again. "I dont know if I can keep that promise you had me made when we first met" she admitted. She looked away, not sure if she was ready to see his reaction to what she had just said. Her heart raced, not knowing if it was even the right time to tell him, but she couldnt keep holding it back. ~~~~~ Aro had kept his back to Lorelei as she changed, figuring she wanted her privacy. His eyes were locked on the door, his mind and heart racing, wanting to back out, but by the time he thought of doing so, he felt Lorelei grab his hand. He closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath before he sighed. Once he opened up his eyes he reached for the door handle, opening it. A somewhat shocked look on his face appeared as he saw a few servants, staring at him like they saw a ghost. After a few heartbeats, the servants bowed to him, the way they used to, before he had gotten hurt, before his face was torn up. He looked at Lorelei, wondering if she had seen this as well.

Sebastian sighed as he thought about it. He would've fought for her. He would've even run away and given up his crown and his place on the throne to be with her. He knew his parents would never let him come back to his family and he knew Lor would be lost without him if he went down that route. The topic did come up about them running away, but it was like a curse when they talked about it. It was a curse because the next day, she was killed. He has never forgiven himself for not being there for her. He blames himself for not letting him stay with him that night. The only reason he didn't bring her back to the castle with him that night was when he was finishing making her a ring to propose to her. He wanted to surprise her. Ever since then, he has worn that ring around his neck on a silver chain. "I don't know." He said to her comment about fighting for her. She was in the past, so he never really thought about fighting for her anymore. Well, he did at the beginning to give her a proper closing to her death, but it never came since his parents forbid him to do so. "Of course, I mean that." He said as he looked over at her. He smiled slightly as he leaned over and pressed a gentle kiss to her temple. "My words are always true whenever I say them. I wouldn't say them if they weren't true." He said, looking over at Luna on the shoreline in the distance. When she hesitated, his brows furrowed as he looked at her. What does she mean she can't keep the promise? Did he do something wrong to where she doesn't want to be with him? "Why can't you keep the promise?" ~~~~~~~~ Lorelei watched as Aro opened the door, her eyes settling o the surprised faces of the servants standing there. She started to feel a self-confidence start going down the drain at them seeing her without her makeup on her face. She watched though, with a small smile as they bowed towards Aro without even saying annoying comments to him. They were being respectful, as they should be. It seems like their looks aren't bothering them. She looked up at him, a grin on her lips. They just needed time to accept the different look he had before warming up to him. Though, as she looked back at them, she could see the judging looks coming from them because of her scar. Right, she forgot they are used to seeing her without it and knowing women should be beautiful and not damaged like her. "See." She said as she pulled Aro with her down the hall. "They accept you." She said softly, her gaze glancing up at him quickly. They were just surprised to see you out of your room is all." Her smile faded soon enough. She knew she should've put that makeup on like the back of her mind was telling her to do. She let a sigh leave her lips, having her not pay attention to where she was going. As they rounded the corner she ended up bumping into someone, causing her to let go of Aro's hand to prevent him from coming down with her. She landed on her butt with an 'oof', causing a frown to appear on her lips. She grumbled profanities under her breath as she pulled herself to her feet. "Watch where you-" She didn't even finish her sentence when she saw who the person she bumped into was. Her face drained of all color, her frame went utterly tense, her hands balled into fists, and her frame started to shake slightly. "Well, hello, Lorelei. I didn't think I was going to bump into you so soon." Damian said as he looked down at her with a fake soft smile. He noticed how she seems to be utterly paralyzed at just seeing who he is. "How are you, darling?" She finally snapped out of it, having her take a couple of steps back. "It can't be." She mumbled, her voice shaking with each word. Tears started to slip down her face, not being able to control them. "Stay away from me!" She screamed as she backed away from him as he kept getting closer to her. "Don't touch me! Stay back!" She screamed. She reached to where her sword would be but noticed it was gone. She forgot to grab it in her hurry when they were leaving her room. "Go away." She sobbed as she crumbled to the floor on her hands and knees, her forehead leaning against the floor to hope this is just a dream. "Please don't." Amara looked at Sebastian when he had asked why she couldnt keep her promise, and she worried what he might think. She knew she wasnt going to lie or hide how she felt. Each time he pulled her close, her heart raced, she want to spend time with him always. "I cant hide how I feel" she finally said after a few moments. "I dont know how to hide how I feel, never been good at it." She sighed as she looked him in the eyes. Amara wasnt sure if he could tell by the way she spoke on what she meant, and she wasnt sure if she could actually tell him without her heart bursting from how quickly it was beating. She watched the way the sun hit his skin, and it only made her want to be even closer to him, but the words just wouldnt come out as she sat there, waiting to see if he knew what she meant. ~~~~ Aro made sure to keep at an even pace, though he wasnt sure how to feel with the way they looked at him still. It was all new after the years of being in his room. Before he could say anything, he felt Lorelei bump into someone, letting him go. He went to help her up, ready to snap at whoever made her fall, but the reaction she gave worried him. Looking up to see who it was, he saw an unfamiliar face along with Haru and glared at Haru. "Get this man out of here now!" He got a small chuckle in relpy. "I am sorry my prince, but I cannot. He was sent here to meet Lorelei. The two are set to marry, according to this letter from her parents to him that is" Haru replied before Aro narrowed his eyes. He took the letter and read it before he ripped it up. "Bull! I told you to get him out of here!" Before Haru could reply, he saw a side of Aro he hadnt seen since Amara fell off her mount when the two were just kids. Aro picked up Lorelei and carried her back to her room, ordering servants to close the door and to not let anyone in. "Are you alright" he asked Lorelei.

Sebastian was worried he did something that upset her or said something about Lizzy that she didn't like to break off the wedding. He bit his bottom lip, nervous what she is going to say in return to his question. He hopes that isn't the case because he knows that his parents are going to be furious with him once they get word of it. Oh boy, he knew what punishment would bestow him if he ended up ruining this alliance wedding. Oh god, he doesn't need that. He hopes she won't break it off because he would very much like to keep his head on his shoulders. Metaphorically, that is. He tilted his head when she said she can't hide how she feels. What does she mean? Does she mean her dislike for him? Or how she likes him in just a brotherly way? Or does she love him? He still didn't understand what she is trying to say, clearly oblivious to what she wants to say. He scratched the back of his neck, embarrassed that he isn't getting what she is saying. "Are you saying you want to call the wedding off?" He asked hesitantly while he cringed on the inside. He crossed his fingers in his mind to hope that isn't true. "If not, please elaborate. I was never one good on picking up on how a person feels about me." ~~~~~~~~ Damian watched the interaction between Haru and Aro. His brow raised, sensing there was more to this outburst than it is letting on. It's as if the Prince cares for this woman. Just the way he seemed to order him out of Lorelei's sight and just seem overall protective of her. His eyes followed Aro as he picked Lorelei up with such ease and perhaps even being gentle and carried her away. His hands balled up into fists at his sides, watching as they disappeared around the corner and either went to her room or his. His eyes narrowed as he looked over at Haru. Clearly this man has some missing information that he hasn't told him with whatever type of relationship that is growing between Lorelei and Aro. He crossed his arms over hid chest, his eyes seeming to have a very dangerous glint to them. "Clearly there is more to this story. Clearly there is something between them that you didn't notice." He scowled as he looked away, his head shaking. "This makes it more difficult, especially with how she's reacting." He grumbled, the wheels in his head turning. "We might just have to figure out a different plan for Lorelei. I have a feeling Aro won't let her be alone anytime soon. Especially if she tells him who I truly am." ~~~~~~~~ Lorelei heard that her parents even sent Damian to have her be wedded to her. This only caused her to sob even harder. She felt Aro pick her up before carrying her away from that horrendous man. She clenched onto his shirt as he carried her, not wanting to be dropped nor wanting him to be going anywhere. After seeing him, she feels like something is going to happen. She is either going to be taken again or he is going to finish the job he was supposed to do at the beginning and kill her. A shiver went up her spine thinking that, causing her to clutch his shirt even more. She felt him set her on her bed. She looked up at him with glassy eyes, tear stained cheeks, and puffy eyes. She shook her head before she threw her arms around his neck, holding him close to her as his arms stayed tightly wrapped around his neck. She didn't want him to go anywhere. And if he did, she's going with him and staying attached to his hi, even if that means she can't see her daughter for a little bit. "No." She croaked out as she sniffed. "Why?" She asked, wondering why her parents would let her marry him. Then again, they don't know he is the one that did the horrendous things to her. She buried her face into the crook of his neck, not wanting to let go of him. "Aro... he's... he's the one that kidnapped me two years ago. He's the one... the one that did all those things to me."

Amara looked at Sebastian when he asked if she wanted to break off the wedding. It only made her shake her head. "No, no. Far from it. I wouldn't want to stop the wedding from happening." She realized she would have to tell him then, and it only made her heart race more. "Sebastian, these past few days, all I've wanted was to spend more and more time with you, to never be away from you" she admitted. "You are more amazing than anyone I've ever met. And I mean it when I say I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Once Amara finished speaking, she worried he might not feel the same and stood up, walking towards the water a bit. She rubbed her arm in a nervous manor as she wasn't sure she wanted a reply. ~~~~ Haru looked a bit shocked before he looked at Damian. "I didn't know anything more would be between them other than Amara asking her to help talk to him" he replied. "Though I can assure you, he won't be an issue. I know someone that can help with the prince regardless of what she tells him. Why would he believe what she tells him of you anyway?" To Haru, the two didn't know each other well, and he assumed Aro would assume the princess was over reacting. ~~~~ Aro felt Lorelei grab his shirt, and assumed it would be because she didn't want to fall. He heard the Servants lock the door from the outside and nodded to himself before he listened to Lorelei. "Why didn't you tell your parents about him? Surely they wouldn't have allowed this to happen then" he said and a stern, but more worried tone. "I will tell them if I have to." He stayed with her, though he wanted to pace, since it helped him think more. He wasn't sure what to do to try to comfort her right then, but remembered that when Amara was upset his mother would hold her and rub her back, so that's what he did. He pulled Lorelei close and rubbed her back, though it wasn't hard to see he wasn't fully sure what he was doing.

Sebastian was glad that she didn't want to break off the wedding. At least he is going to be keeping his head on his shoulders. Well, for now anyway. If she didn't want to break off the wedding, then what is she even talking about then. As she continued to speak, it finally gave him clarity on what she meant by her words. Well, fuck him. What is he supposed to say to that? He didn't mean for her to fall so soon. Of course, his promise was to tell him after the wedding, but she so clearly can't keep that a secret from him any longer. He was more surprised than anything because he thought for sure she would be able to wait. He rubbed the back of his neck as he looked away from her, his brows furrowed in concentration. "Amara, darling, I..." He trailed off, not really knowing what to say to her about this. It's nice that she feels the same way he does, but he isn't going to tell her right away. When he does a promise, he intends on keeping it. He doesn't even know what to do or say. "That's awesome that you don't hate me at least. Means the marriage won't be faked." He said as he shrugged his shoulders. He grabbed some food from the basket and started to eat it, trying to distract himself from what she said. "I'm kind of sad that you weren't able to keep the promise tell the wedding, but it can't be prevented, can it?" ~~~~~~~~ Damian glanced in the direction of where the two went, his head shaking. He doesn't think that Aro is dumb enough to not believe her. Then again, who knows considering he knows that Aro has a hard time trusting people and what they say, much like Lorelei. He pursed his lips as his gaze went back over to Haru. He didn't like how the Prince is seeming protective of her and he sure as hell isn't going to let her fall for him. Not when he needs to finish his mission of killing her that he got about two years ago. "She can be convincing, especially when everything she speaks is nothing but the truth and hardly ever a lie." He said as he started to walk down the hallway. "Hopefully your person will be able to convince him to get away from her then." Hopefully is the keyword because after what just happened and her reaction, who knows if he will leave her alone. A mischievous grin appeared on his lips as he looked at Haru. Not many people knew about this secret since she and her parents kept it a secret for years. He only knew since he was there when she started showing. "Tell me something." He said as he put his arms behind his back as they walked. "Do you know that she has a daughter? Will Aro still accept her then if he knew?" ~~~~~~~~ Lorelei felt his hand rub up and down her back. It actually seemed to calm her down, which is odd since she hasn't been able to calm down before when Sebastian tried to do this with her when she had panic attacks. Her grip around his neck loosen slightly as she didn't want to suffocate him if she held him any tighter. She took a few deep breaths before she pulled away from him, her hands reaching up and brushing away the tears on her face. She knew if she told her parents, they wouldn't care. They haven't cared about her ever since she changed from how she used to be. Their words were, 'you aren't our daughter'. Sure, they continue to have her in the family and she makes a public appearance often, but her parents don't think of her as their kid. Her hands wrapped around her frame as she hugged herself, her gaze cast away from Aro. Her bottom lip trembled as she thought about what happened and her parent's words. "They don't care about me anymore. They wouldn't listen to what I say since they don't really consider me as their daughter anymore." She bit her bottom lip before she let her head hang low. How pathetic she is. She hates this feeling. "I'm pathetic and I'm just a nobody that no one cares about." She mumbled, her head still hanging low. "Just please don't leave me alone, Aro. Or at least have someone be with me at all times now because I am going to where near that man."

Amara looked at Sebastian before she looked back out over the water. "It's not easy for me to hide how I feel" she replied. "I'm just surprised you didn't notice until now" she said as she gave a small sigh. She finally walked back to the blanket and sat down, unsure of what else to say. *Does he feel the same* she thought as she glanced at him. Amara grabbed a strawberry and slowly munched on it. *Sure, the wedding wouldnt be faked by me, but would it be by him? What then?* she let her mind wonder a bit as she worried about being in a loveless marriage. ~~~~~ Haru seemed rather surprised as he looked at Damian. "The one you have to take them, I can have him introduce himself as a new guard to help out, and it might get Aro to leave her. He haven't been out of his room in years." When a child was mentioned he smirked. "Aro's never been one for children. From what I knew from him, he never wanted them growing up and didn't plan on having them." Haru smirked at the idea knowing it really might make Aro not so willing to help her. ~~~~ Aro narrowed his eyes a bit. "If they don't see you as their daughter, why would they have allowed this" he asked as he looked at her. That didn't make sense to him. He thought of an idea, though it wouldn't be seen as a very good one. "I have an idea if they really don't see you as their daughter, but I just don't know if it would make things worse or not." He didn't plan on leaving, but he knew he wouldn't be able to keep staying there the whole time. "I will make sure there is always someone here, though I don't know if Haru knew or not about any of this." He wasn't sure if he could trust Haru, after all he did bother Amara a lot which upset him. Aro sighed as he looked towards the door. He was still hungry, but he wasn't about to leave Lorelei in this state. *I need to tell Amara and Sebastian as well* he thought. After they finished the picnic, Sebastian packed up to head back to the castle. They didn't really talk much after the whole thing with her confessing to him that she practically fell for him. That wasn't really his intention to have her fall so quickly for him. He would've liked it if she waited and told him on the wedding night like he is going to, but she said herself that it is hard for her to hide her feelings. Sure, he noticed certain things here and there, but he didn't think much of it since they made that agreement when they first met. His actions were far from being fake, but she wouldn't really know that until later down the line. He held her hand as they walked down the streets back down to the castle. Once they entered, she handed the basket back to one of the servants and thanked them for the delicious meal. He turned towards her, a warm smile on his lips. "I had a great time." That certainly wasn't a lie. He loved spending time with her and always will. He is just lucky that he is going to be marrying such an amazing woman like her. "You truly are a gem." He said as he reached up and caressed her cheek. "Is there anything else you would like to do, or are you done for the day?" ~~~~~~~~ Damian nodded his head at Haru. He can indeed have his man pose as a new guard as he is sure Aro isn't going to have her be by herself while he is here. It could definitely work as that means he will definitely be able to slip into the room and grab Lorelei without having to deal with a guard he doesn't know. It works out perfectly. And the idea of bringing up her kid works even more, especially since it seems that Aro doesn't want kids nor likes them. This just works perfectly as it will only cause Aro to be away from her. "That is perfect then. I'll send for my 'guard' so he can be with Lorelei." He said as he stopped. He turned towards Haru, his hands still behind his back. He didn't trust this man but he certainly wasn't going to let on that he didn't. "Then we will bring up her daughter. Surely that will get him to be away from her." He said as he started to walk again. "Take me to her room." ~~~~~~~~ Lorelei shrugged her shoulders at his question. She isn't sure herself why they are letting this happen. It's probably due to the fact that she is still the Princess and must be married eventually to a Prince. She wouldn't be surprised if that is the case. She ran a hand through her hair as she thought about she can try to get out of this horrendous situation. There is no way she is going to marry the very man that ended up hurting her and even gave her a kid. She needs to check on her now that he is here to make sure she is okay, but she knows that Xander will keep her baby safe. She looked up at him, her brow raised at what her idea could be. It could make this situation even worse? What could make the situation even worse than it already is? "What is it then? I want to hear it, even if it means that the idea is going to make this whole situation worse and potentially cause conflict." She said, her eyes hoping that he will tell her. She just wants to know what the idea could be and if it could get her out of this arranged marriage she knows will cause her to end up dead. She was supposed to be dead before the guards found her, but they came earlier than Damian thought they would be here. She scoffed as her eyes narrowed slightly. "If he did, he is a dead man. I'll personally have him dead by my hand." She growled as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Now, this idea, what is it?"

Amara seemed to hesitate with thinking of something else to do. After confessing how she felt, she felt drained and wasnt sure if she needed to be alone, or wanted to simply lay with him. Amara still wanted to be close to Sebastian, but after not getting a response to as if he felt the same, she didnt want to push him to spend time with her. "I'm not really sure. Is there anything you would like to do" she asked as she looked at him. ~~~~~ Haru gave a nod to Damian as he motioned for the other male to follow him. "I know Aro wont entrust me with her, since he knows I care deeply for Amara, so having them will certainly make it easier. Each room as well has a secret exit on the off chance something were to happen and they needed to escape unseen, but I doubt your princess knows of it" he added as he motioned to the door a servant stood at. "Nobody may enter, orders of the prince" she replied before Haru narrowed his eyes. He knew he couldnt say anything without retaliation. "Dont worry. Prince Damian here just wants to check on the other princess. She seemed to be startled by something." ~~~~ Aro looked away for a moment before he spoke. "If your parents dont see you as their daughter, then, maybe" his voice faded out as he knew how this would sound. "What if I offered to buy you from them as my personal servant? I wouldnt actually make you such, but you wouldnt have to deal with them, you wouldnt have to marry him, and they would, well, be rid of you." He knew this would sound like a horrible plan, like he wanted her as nothing more than a servant, but he wouldnt force her to live that life.

Sebastian could sense she didn't know what to do or how to react around him after telling him how she felt about him. He let a sigh out, knowing this is only going to torture her that she doesn't know exactly how he feels about her. He would tell her he has fallen for her too, but he wasn't ready to tell her yet, especially with how showing emotions is difficult for him to express in the first place. "I'm going to head back to my room then. I have some paperwork that my father sent me that I need to do that hasn't gotten done for the past few days." He smiled softly as he leaned down and pressed a kiss to the top of her head. He would love to stay in her company as always, but he doesn't know if she would want to after the whole situation that happened during the picnic. "Come around later though, yeah?" He wanted to just kidnap her and bring her to his room for the rest of the day, but he is sure that will be looked down on. At least he can tell her something that won't reveal too much of his feelings for her. "I do care about you, Amara. Don't forget that." ~~~~~~~~ Lorelei leaned forward to listen to what he is going to tell her. To tell her what this plan could be that could potentially get her out of this situation. He seemed to trail off on his first sentence, hesitant on bringing it up. She has a feeling in the pit of her stomach that she isn't going to like what he is going to say. As soon as he gave her the idea, she was right about not liking it. She looked away, her brows furrowed together as she processed what he said. It seems like he only thinks of her as a nobody like everyone else. She should've known this was going to happen to her. They might be the same, but he clearly sees her as nothing more than someone that isn't important. She thought he would think they were at friends because she considers him a friend, maybe even potentially something more. "Buy me?" She asked him incredulously. Does he really think she is some type of object that can be bought and be in his possession? Apparently, since he was the one that brought this idea up in the first place. Does he just see women as an object? "I'm not an object that can be bought and tossed around because I'm a nobody." She said sternly, her voice cold. She had tears in her eyes though, that he would buy her like she is an object. She didn't know why she felt so betrayed that he would say such a thing to her. "I thought we were potential friends, Aro. I thought perhaps you would be one of the few people who wouldn't see me as a nobody. Maybe I was wrong." She mumbled as she looked away from him, her hurt so evident but hoping he didn't really see it. There was a knock at her door, causing her brows to furrow on who it could be. She got up and went towards the door, but stopped midway. She didn't need any more to be going on. She just wanted to be alone now, especially since Aro didn't see her as anything. "Go away." "Lorelei, darling, is that how you talk to your future husband?" Damian asked through the door, causing her to stumble away from it. She would've hid behind Aro if he just didn't bring up the idea of buying her. She still can't believe he would suggest that. Her body started to tremble again. Darling, does Aro know your deepest darkest secret? Something that he doesn't like? Something that he won't accept you for?" She didn't look at Aro when he said that, not wanting him to see the fear and anxiety filling her body up. "Don't you dare say it." She said through clenched teeth, yet her body was shaking. "Please don't." She didn't want Aro to find out this way. She wanted to tell him when she felt like he was ready and when she was ready to tell him. "Does he know that you have a daughter? How is Azaria doing?"
