Harlow had been healing pretty nicely these past few days, much to Eclipse's relief. The soulmate kiss's effects had worn off by now, and Eclipse was like a mother hen whenever Harlow tried doing something besides resting. Currently, she was sitting beside Harlow, drawing. She was also all dressed, but was waiting for the other to decide where to go. After everything that had happened to them, they were going to just relax and have fun. It wasn't as if anything would happen, right? Eclipse was wrong. She knew something was up the second she heard a knock at the door. Usually, nobody came to visit. So who was there? She got up off the bed and set her drawing things down, then went over to Harlow's side of the bed. Extending her hand, she asked "Wanna see who's at the door?"

Harlow stretches and sets down her book, taking the others hand. She stands up, a rather nervous and confused expression on her face, as noone normally came here. Unless it was a package or something, but they normally didnt come out this far. "Are you sure this is a good idea?" She asks, but reluctantly follows to the door, snatching something off the kitchen counter on her way past.

Eclipse shrugged. "What's the worst that could happen?" But man, was she in for a surprise... Opening the door, Eclipse began to speak to whoever it was. "Hello, how may we-" She was cut off as the person spoke. "Well, hello again my dear~!" The person sang. As Eclipse heard him speak and then saw who it was, her heart dropped as low as it possibly could. "Martin."

Harlow felt something off as soon as the door opened. Without hesitation, she simply stated: "Fuck off". A tension hung in the air, and Eclipses tone just sealed the deal. Something was definitely off with this guy. . Harlow clutched the pocket knife she had snagged on the counter, trying her hardest not to do the one thing that may or may not end up getting them caught.

Martin's eyebrows raised. "Oh? And who might you be?" Martin sneered at Harlow before looking back at Eclipse. "Leave us alone, Martin. And don't call me dear." Eclipse began to growl. "I thought I had left you behind forever a long time ago." "But I found you again~ Aren't you happy~?" Martin began to whine. "No. I am not happy. I've said it several times before, and I'll say it again. You. Are. Not. My. Soul. Mate."

Eclipse looked at Harlow, now seeing the matching Mark she had on her cheek. Both Marks then faded from black to crimson red, as the two were soulmates and Harlow had at last gotten her Mark. "Ouh~ What's this? Are we being fiesty?" Martin grinned, then tried to force-kiss Eclipse. In an istant, there was a deep claw wound over his right eye. He cried out, putting a hand to the wound. Eclipse smirked, her fingernails now claws shining with blood.

Seeing Harlow Shift into a coyote was amazing. But the biggest concern was Martin. Martin was capable of a lot of things. Then she saw the glint of a gun being pulled out from one of Martin's pockets. Quickly, she shifted into a smaller version of her Dragon form and leaped in front of Harlow, just as he shot the gun at her. The bullet bounced off Eclipse's tough scales like it was nothing. Lunging at him and Shifting back to her human form, she knocked the gun out of his hand, kicking it out of reach. Then she leaped back out of the way.

Harlow shifts as soon as she realized that guns were becoming a part of it. She pulled her own, having reloaded beforehand. Oh for the love of god, just leave! With a step forward, she stood beside Eclipse, pointing the gun at the threat. "I will shoot." Harlow calmly states, preparing to have to jump out of the way or something, tense.
