Sasha's heart was pounding so loudly that she could have sworn the enemy wolf could her it. The wolf was comming closer and closer to her hiding place, and she could her him growling threats at thin air. ..."Show yourself, coward." She could see the wolf now, dark red paws were moving her way. "Your fate will be worse if I have to drag you out." Sasha held her breath. A single movement would blow her cover. But if she stayed put she'd be killed. If she was lucky, she'd be brought to the enemies' camp. If not, she'd be food for the crows. Ears pinned, she crept backwards, away from the wolf. A twig snapped. Sasha's mind screamed. She could practicaly see the wolf's ears prick. She made a run for it. Leaving the rabbit behind, she streaked blindly through the bushes. The bushes parted, and Sasha ran, away from the wolf that was tracking her. She didn't have to look behind her to know that the wolf, whoever he was, was following her. Suddenly, the ground dropped. She fell for what seemed an eternity, then hit the ground hard. She had fallen into one of the ravines that were scattered along the border. It was a small one, but it could still kill a wolf. She tried to get up, and white-hot pain shot through her foreleg. Gingerly, she inspected it. No broken bones. All there was was a sharp piece of rock stuck in her paw. Sasha pulled it out. Blood welled where it had been, but that didn't bother her. What bothered her was that the wolf was probably still tracking her, and that she had no way to escape with him up there. She tried scaling the side of the ravine but found it was too steep. She crouched in a small cave and listened for any signs of the rival wolf.

"There you are." Rogue growled, his head snapping towards the crack of a stick. The sudden sounds of bushes being shoved aside and snapping twigs was enough for Rogue to be able to give chase, at least for a while. This wolf was quick, but Rogue knew the area. He raced after the intruder, starting to drop back as the chase continued. It was fine, he could track her still, espeially now that they were running, and afraid, they were more likely to make mistakes. Leave tracks, scents, even make more sounds. All things that made it easier too track. What was unexpected, however, was that the wolf made their way towards the ravines. Hmm, that could be dangerous.
Rogue quickly picked up speed again, trying to now reach this wolf before they got into anymore trouble. If this wolf was a spy, then he needed too catch them. If the wolf got stuck then that would be perfect, but if they got stuck and injured, or killed, that would be useless. Injury wasn't so bad, but death would be unfortunate.
Rogue continued tracking the wolf carefully, yep, heading straight for a ravine. He slowed as the scent started to grow stronger, tilting his head as he stood at the top of the ravine. Yep, she was stuck. He could see some of the scratches in the walls of the ravine. Hmm. This was good though, this was very, very good.
"Well." He smirked, sitting down a few steps from the edge. "Seems you're in a bit of a predicament now, arent you?" Rogue chuckled. "I did say it'd be worse if i had to drag you out."

Despite her current situation, Sasha couldn't help but give a sassy retort: "I thought you meant if you dragged me out of the bush, my punishment would be worse. But as you can see, I am not in the bush, because I have dragged myself out. And I don't think your gonna come and get me down here anyway to drag me out so." She knew her words did their job well, they always had. Everyone in her pack had at least once been cut by them. Sasha scanned the ravine for an escape route. There was one, maybe two depending on how good her balance currently was. But she couldn't get out without him, whoever he was, seeing her. She could turn herself in, and explain herself to the alpha, if she wasn't killed first. Or she could fight. She creapt out of her cave to get a look at the rival wolf. She instantly reggreted this, the wolf was glaring at her and looked more than likely to kill her. She returned the gaze and studied him. The wolf had fangs like a saber-toothed lion. His eyes and fur were a deep red, darker than hers. And from what she could see, he was muscular and battle trained. She did not want to fight him. At all. And that was saying something. She would fight any wolf over whatever reason, even her own alphas. But not today. She was tired and wounded, in no condition to fight. She turned to her only option: hand herself in. Sasha clamberd free of the rocks and headed towards one of the escape routs she had identified earlier. It was a small, twisted path, hidded from view. She had little time before she was seen, so she slunk up the path as fast as she could.

Luckly, it was on the side of the wolf, who apparantly hadn't noticed her yet. She thought about knocking him into the ravine, but thought better of it. She sat down behind him and waited for a few moments. When he clearly was looking for her now, she cleared her throat loudly. The way he twitched was enough for Sasha to burst out laughing. But she remained silent. The wolf turned to face her, and once again jerked in surprise. But once again, Sasha's face was neutral even when the wolf growled aggressively and all his muscles tensed. When he was about to spring, she raised her tail and stood. Her gaze hardened into a warning. "Don't waste your energy. You won't win." That was a lie, but it seemed to do the trick. "Take me to your alpha or to whoever's in charge. I can explain." Sasha coldly stared at the wolf standing before her, wondering if she had made the greatest mistake in her life.

Well this was new. Normally an intruder wouldn't act like a pup who'd been caught pestering a sibling. Or act like they were a high ranked member of the reigning pack. Oh... Hmm. Perhaps this female was a high ranked wolf in her pack. Perfect. Rogues eyes narrowed as he stood and stepped towards the edge of the ravine. If he had to he certainly would go down there and drag her out of there. Wait... Where did she go? Oh, perfect.
Why? Why did she decide to sneak up on him? They weren't playing here. Rogues hackles raised as the female seemed to almost, dismiss him. She was an intruder, she really had the audacity to speak to him like that? She had no rank here, no authority, yet she insisted on being taken to his alpha? To the heart of his territory and amongst his packmates? Never.
Rogue snarled and lunged forwards. Swinging his paw at her legs when the female attempted to jump away from him. The blow knocked her to the ground, making it easier to pin the female with a solid paw against her shoulder. He stood over her now, his other foot resting alongside her neck, ready to pin her there too, if needed. Rogue was strong enough to hold her down without too much concern though.
"You presume far too much." He growled, lowering his muzzle so his saber teeth brushed over her ear tips. The ear twitched as his breath brushed over the fur. "You speak as though you have any semblance of authority in this territory. Do not forget that here you have no rank. You are nothing. Lower than the omegas I assume you bully in your own pack. You're an intruder here, not whatever you think you are." Rogue pushed harder against her shoulder, growling lowly as he continued speaking.
"Our packs are at war, remember? You think I would take you to my packs camp? That I would take you anywhere near my alpha? No. Not with this foolish belief that you're someone special who deserves the privilege of being allowed near my packmates. Or my alphas. Well," Rogue chuckled lowly, "not alive at least." He snapped his jaws shut with a bone-chilling crack alongside her ear.

Sasha snarled in surprise as the wolf knocked her over. He quickly pinned her to the ground with a single, massive paw. His mouth lowered to the poin where his fangs brushed her ears. Sasha narrowed her eyes to slits as battle strategies formed in a pile in her head. She chose the best one a let herself go limp. She held her breath and didn't blink. She waited until the wolf loosened his grip slightly. Slightly was just what she needed. She twisted, pounding the wolf's stomach with her hind legs. He stumbled back, and Sasha used her chance to rush foward and lightly lay her jaw around his foreleg. She didn't bite him, yet. She just crouched there, holding his leg in her mouth. When he started fowards, Sasha ran up to him and ducked under his outstreached forelegs. She reared up onto her hind legs, causing the wolf to fall to the ground. She twisted around and held him down. "You're wrong," she growled, bareing her teeth. "I have more authority than you could dream about. If you were in my pack, I would get you killed or banished." She pressed him harder to the ground. Sasha growled a final time, then stepped down, and and ran towards deeper into enemy territory. She hid by the bushes, waiting for the wolf to come and get her.

Now she'd pissed him off. Rogue stood and shook himself off, growling as he checked his leg was alright. There was no damage done, good. Rogue turned his head to track where the female had gone, eyes narrowing as his coat bristled. Oh yeah, she'd pay for that. The audacity of this female. Daring to believe she held power here. It was not her territory. Not her pack. He'd warned her, but no. This female decided to try and throw her weight around and believe that she was better than him. Because what? She was a beta? She had to be, no other rank should really give that sort of confidence to an intruder. But again, she was not a beta here. He would just have to make that clear.
Rogue made his way forwards, tracking the female. She definitely wasn't trying too hide, so it was easy to find her. Rogue made his way around behind the female and lunged forwards. The strength in his flanks was enough to propel him forwards and pin the female again. This time, he slammed one paw on her muzzle, and held her firm. Planting his back paw at the base of her spine. "Perhaps I wasn't clear you insufferable little brat." Rogue snarled. "There is no way you could get me killed or banished here because it is not your land. I will tell you this again. You. Hold. No. Power."
Rogue grabbed her throat in his jaw. Digging his teeth in enough to cause her pain, but not cause a bad injury. He held her there, tightening his grip whenever the female moved and continued his growling. "Your life, is at my mercy." He growled through the mess of her throat and fur. Nothing was making Rogue let go until this female showed some sign of humility, and the realisation that she held no power in this land. She was at his mercy, at his packs mercy. He could've shown compassion if she'd have been respectful, let her try to explain to his alphas what had happened. But no. She chose to act out, and seemed to believe that she was untouchable. It made her a threat. So no. There was no chance of this female getting anywhere near his family. Not when she behaved like this.
Rogue tightened his grip and moved his paw from the females muzzle, dragging her towards the selection of ravines in his packs territory. He'd pick one to hold her in, one she wouldn't be able to get out of.
