Making custom gear is expensive. For those who don't know, you can make custom gear with a premium account. Each piece submission is 10 apples.

I currently have 18 gear pieces, 14 of which are snail shells. That's 180 apples worth of gear, and I keep almost all of my gear priced at 300 mush. I also often give pieces away to new players, members of my alliance, people searching for gear for their wolves, or on a whim especially for events and holidays. I just want to see more wolves with my gear 🩷

I love to do this, and I love making gear, but it's not exactly the most sustainable way of doing it. 😂

So solution! The WP equivalent of crowd funding & sponsoring haha. Idea is not entirely unique, Cybertronian would accept sponsorships for gear and in turn list the user. I'll be doing it a bit differently, all with permission from Eve.

I already have multiple pieces of preapproved gear, and often crank out way more ideas to be approved than I have time or apples to submit them for final approval.

With the wonderful addition of specific savings accounts, I now have a dedicated folder for my Custom Gear savings!

Common WolfPlay citizens to come to my aid!

I'll have a list of brainstormed gear, Pre-approved Gear that is either just drafted, or fully finished and waiting on apples, and then finished gear.

The gear that would be available for funding would only be gear that is fully drawn and waiting on apples. This is to avoid scam concerns, as the artwork would be completed, so the minute funding is reached its submitted!

Any amount of Mushrooms and/or apples will help, and since this is more of a "Anyone can pitch in" vs a singular person giving me all ten apples, I'll have posts in this forum dedicated to each piece of gear to list everyone who helped. 🩷

Otherwise it would be a very long gear description.

All benefactors towards a gear item will also get that piece for free once its submitted and has final approval. :>

I may also make a cute bio badge for people that will be customised with
"*Pack Name* helped make *Gear Name*".
