Roscoe stared at the herb in front of him. He though hard and paced the room. He obeyed Ava and did not touch the unknown herb or even lick it. He racked his brain f9r the an answer. Suddenly he felt his heart miss a beat. It couldn't be....he thought although he was just learning he knew that many herbs that look like harmless healing herbs in some lights are actually dangerous harmful herbs in another light. He thought for another a0 minutes until he had got his answer. Roscoe had more of a theory and an educated guess about what herb was sitting on front of him. I think it's something beginning with "W" Roscoe thought in deep thought. He didn't know any but he remembered when his "pet" Rabbit, Jerry ate the same herb. Days later, Jerry was motionless and no sign of blood. Roscoe tried not to laugh at his pup's reaction to the death of something that could be prey.He remembered crying for days because Jerry was now dead. It was kind of sad but kind of funny. Roscoe gulped, 8f this was that herb. Roscoe shuddered I could if killed someone.. with a plant . He stretched his achy muscles and waited for Ava's return.

Midnight had been woken up by a squirrel running across her. She thought Damn Squirrels. She stood up and walked over to another area and sat down. She wasn't sure when patrols need to go back out. She sighed and figured she should at least send someone out to check the boarders. Midnight thought We need are Alpha male especially if my guess is right and Breeze is pregnant. She sighed and walked around camp then decided to just go out and do it herself. She walked looking through the territory for any threats. Midnight wasn't sure what she might be looking for though she hoped it wouldn't be a problem. She spotted a stream near her and decided to get a drink. Midnight walked over to the stream and bent down to get a drink.

Breeze / 6 / Female / Shival / Alpha / M: Navajo; Midnight; Raigho (ref.)

Breeze spotted Navajo from the side of the clearing. She had left the medic den to get some fresh air, but now that she was outside she didn’t know what to do with herself. She twined her tail with Navajo’s before murmuring, “I am gonna head out for a walk, okay? Love you.” She looked at him and blinked slowly before heading out of camp. She turned sharply and went deeper into the forest, hearing the trickling of the stream that lay ahead. There she came upon Midnight, her Beta female. Wanting to personally give the female her blessing to have pups, she slowed down and sat next to Midnight. “Hi, Midnight.” She said as she caught her breath. “Just wanted you to know that I give you and Raigho my full blessing, to have pups of your own.” She sighed and smiled at the female, excited at the thought of all the pups running around camp!

"So, how have you been lately?" Breeze asked. She always hoped that everyone in the Pack was okay, but it was nice to ask around and get wolves to confess any problems. That way she could continue improving the pack. Breeze thought happily.

Midnight turned to face Breeze and said "Im just a bit alert due to the fact of what ad happened to the Zena pack." Midnight looked at Breeze and sat down wrapping her tail around her. She smiled and said "Thank you for the blessing." Midnight thought Shouldn't she be in camp? Midnight wasn't sure wether to ask or not. She decided not to ask and said "How are you?" Midnight could hear the peaceful sound of brids chripping and the stream flowing.

Roscoe stared at the herb, it was a purple looking flower . Lavender smelled more strong and pungent than this . This close her a kind of nutty smell to it. Roscoe paced snd paced. He awaited Ava's return. Whilst he was awaiting he circled the herb. It was a purple flower, had a slight nutty smell to it,and it's leaves were a little slimy. He hoped it was the her he thought it was . Wolfs bane . It was toxic , he had heard stories when he was younger about many dying from it. He froze, he had touched it was his mouth when he had picked it . He tried not to panic but I. The inside his heart was beating rapidly and he willed for Ava to return quickly so ue could tell her many things .

Navajo smiled at Breeze and as she padded away. He had replied "Be careful, Love you too." He turned to the pile of prey . He counted loads of rabbits. As long as wolves didnt kept taking snacks , when the sun was ag it's highest they would eat in the normal pack way. He didn't think Lily's pups were on solid food right now and apart from Lily's pups they didn't have any other pups yet. Next Lily then Breeze and Navajo and then the betas and so on. He was great fun for the order of food. It kept a little order and authority. He yawned and settled down watching the sun slowly climb to its destination, High into the sky. When it did he climbed onto the Little Rock and howled "May the members of Shival Pack who can catch their own prey gather here in the shade" He awaited the pack to gather before he continued.

Lily was awoken, partially because if her pup's crawling on her face and partially because of Navajo's call

that said it was eating time. She didn't want to leave her pups alone but she also was hungry. She peeked her head out of the den, hoping to catch someone's attention whilst keeping an eye out for the scrambling pups. She looked at her 4 healthy pups. One like Kaznthe biggest of the litter , the male pup had a blackish grey coat. Another was the same but a little smaller , she was more grey than black and when she was curled up , she looked like a bunch of ash and cinders. The third one was a white pup with an inquisitive black and pink nose. The 4 th one was a mix of all different colors. Black, white and a hint of grey. He was the smallest of the live pups. She still looked out, she nuzzled them into the makeshift den made with moss and bits of her fur that had maulted off. She made her way to sit before Navajo as the pups fell asleep but stopped and nudged Jett awake "Come on, prey time." She slowly snd steadily plodded to Navajo and sat down. He wondered where Breeze was and decided she may be out somewhere.

Nighyfall got up snd stretched . It was usually the time, the pack gathered to eat prey and possibly share prey with loved ones. Nightfall had no loved ones here at Zena Pack. She respected and they respected her. She liked it .She foundry wait to speak with Angelica in private . Nightfall worried a little as she hadn't seen Sagefire since but she had to reassure herself that the Wolf would. Be fine. Right? She padded over to the prey pile and looked at it . She decided to go hunting and qui only brought back five rabbits. They were an easy catch but she knew it wasn't her job. Although she had to help the Paco whilst it's recovering and getting back in its feet. She dropped the rabbits off and sat by the pile. Half guarding it from wolves snacking and half waiting for the call for prey eating. Her tail wagged slightly at the tu ought of it but she controlled herself snd let herself flop beside the pile.

Raigho was just questioning his purpose in life when he finally zoned back in to his surroundings. His ears swiveled as he let out a commanding bark deciding it was time for patrols to go out. "Alright, borders need to be checked I need Corvus, Aspen, and Theo to check the river border. Kazimir and Alkilina, you go to the edge of the forest. If Luna would like to join she may." He was about to dismiss them but he decided to caution them even though he was already sure they knew. "Be aware and don't do anything stupid. If you're outnumbered call for back up. Now you may go" he added. He would ask Midnight and Junebug to go patrol near the fallen tree with him. All he had to do was find then first. Head up and tail waving friendily (that even a word?) he trotted off to find them.

+He nods as he receives his orders getting up off the ground he walks towards the exit of the camp waiting for the other warriors to catch up, his eyes glued to the direction they were heading as his tail was unmoving behind him low to the ground+ "Lets get this over with" +The male whispers under his breath as he closes his eyes opening them a fw seconds later+

She waited until everyone befor her had quickly devoured their prey and then she took a rabbit and backed away. She took a rabbit for Jett as well as he had not emerged from the medic's den yet. She assumed that he would of probably fallen asleep again. She dropped the rabbit by his paws and snuggled next to her pups, she ate her rabbit slowly whilst the pups suckled . Once she had finished she fell into a dozy state . She smiled at the now sleeping pups. She yawned and looked around her . The sky has now turned a beautiful color which meant the sun must be setting. It was nearly dusk, nearly time for sleeping but she still hadn't heard from her mate,Kaz yet. She just hoped he was okay, she knew that he could be stubborn so he wouldn't get help. She fretted silently in the darkening den. She had a last look before staring at the entrance willing anyone she could talk to, to come in.

Nightfall hunger had been finally when quenched when she hinted a small mois for her and a large rabbit for the pack. She knew it was the pack hunter's jobs but she didn't know where they were and with the grieving alpha female . No one knew what to do as they were t getting orders, many were just hanging around . Some going training and some going hunting. They had t has a patrol today which wasn't the greatest as the alpha male had just been killed, other may think the Zena Pack is weak . Weird... . I wonder if their are any guards around. Following her curiosity, she looked around the dusky clearing. Nope, no one so far. It would be easy to sneak out soon to meet her sister,Angelica. She hasn't seen her in many years so she was interested about her story.

He had nodded to all the wolves as the took their meal away. He had took his ages ago and he was fretting . He didn't know why. Then it struck him. Many pups equals more food equals more resources which we may have to get from Zena Paco Territory equals war which could equal into death snd the sort of environment the pups would hate and be scared of . He would try all options for his growing pup. As he sat in the clearing, he thought of his adopted daughters, Angelica and Nightfall. He wondered where they were . His heart gave a sickening lurch as he remembered sending Angelica away for causing to much trouble and Nightfall. Nightfall adored her sister but before her sister went she left the pack saying "she had important business to do" He now knew what but he wouldn't speak a word of it . Outdoor or in his own thoughts just in case it may betray her in some way. He smiled and told himself to behave himself . He stopped thinking about them and sat looking out into the dusky clearing.

He waited there for awhile but decided to leave the den as it was getting late and it was obvious that she needed to see this patient so he called softly to Ava "Just call me when you need me." With that he trotted out into the setting sun. His tail was wagging, he could smell the beautiful smells comfort snd he could eee the beautiful dog setting sun and the beautiful fireflies trying to get to the river that was nearby. He yawned and joined Nightfall in the clearing . He knew that she was mainly silent so he didn't press on a conversation as he knew it would die fast. It always did. He sighed, smiled and did a polite nod and whispered "night" to Nightfall who nodded in return. He considered this an achievement as he hadn't even spoken to Nightfall , he hasn't spoken to any rank he considered above him. Like Alohas, Warriors,Elders, Betas,Deltas snd The Medic unless he was spoken to by them , he mainly kept he quick, purposeful and polite. He entered his den beside the Medic's den and snuggled into his moss and bird feathered bed. He has made it for purpose, it had a mixed moss and feather mattress with the smoothed stones Roscoe could find . The stone outside went finished snd he had spent his last years searching for stones to finally complete the rectangular bed. It was in the furthest left corner whilst his moss ball, stick and spare moss was in the opposite corner in the furthest right corner . The two remaining corners at the front are empty and where the slightly off centre entrance it is covered in ivy . He pulled the Ivy over thr entrance in the den. And settled down on the comfortable bed snd soon fell fast asleep.
