An Introduction

The Kingdom Of Biora is a large Kingdom, wealthy in culture and tradition. But it wasn't always this way, they used to be a poor war torn nation , until the Royal Family called to the Gods for their favor and help. And the Gods, took pity on this mortal city, and blessed them slightly. But the people took the small blessing and took it , making it more and rejoiced over it. They began faithfully worshiping the Gods and their ways. And the Gods were pleased by this, and so they poured out their blessings on this little nation and it soon grew to a Kingdom. The Gods had always enjoyed helping the mortals , and so they grew fond of this little Kingdom and their little devotees. But over the centuries the people grew lax, the older generation tired warning them of the wrath of the Gods - but their warnings went unheard and the younger folk tore down and destroyed temples , mocking the gods . The Gods at first, took no heed to the slights, and chalked them up to petty human rebellion - but the final straw came when a favored priestess was taken advantage of within temple grounds , the perpetrator was struck down immediately by the enraged Goddess and the priestess had taken her own life in shame . That's when the Gods met, and decided to send down their divine children to the nation , to warn them in a more severe nature , of the wrath that was brewing .

The Six Divine Children, commanding more power than the mortals could even imagine possessing came down to the Royal Family of Biora , and now they were the guests of said family. And the Royal Council was called for such a serious manner . These children , were powerful and were under orders from their parents , if they saw fit to save the nation then they would. But if they showed no remorse , or change in action, the children were free to punish and smite them as they pleased . So now, it was time for the mortals to chose , would they continue to defy the gods ? Especially now that their children were here , demanding the respect they were owed . Or will you appease them ?

Rules
All of Eve's Rules apply obviously
1 : Be active . Please don't join up just to leave - I would like this RP to last for a while. I expect posts 1-2 a week , and if you need to take a break or be inactive please inform be beforehand via PM or Discussion. Inactivity will lead to your character being removed from the RP.
2 : No OP or Mary Sue, Weeping Willow's , Gary's or any characters of the like.
3 : This is a Semi-Literate to Literate RP. I expect at least 150 + words per post. Put the missing number somewhere in your form, hidden. Also, I required a detailed and well-written appearance and description for your character. This includes proper grammar rules and any form not following these requirements will be declined.
4: No OOC problems. Hate the character but not the player - any instances of unbecoming behavior will not be tolerated, and mods will be contacted if needed.
5: Reservations last for 48 hours and you may only reserve two roles at a time. The reservation doesn't start until you actually post and begin working on the forms. You will be allowed to have 2 - 12 hour extensions if needed to complete a form, otherwise the spot will be open for someone else.
7: I as the owner of the RP reserve the right to accept and decline forms as I see fit. I will not tolerate rude behavior towards me just because you got declined - if you do get decline , try and work on your form and maybe it'll get accepted due to the corrections. Put, your favorite greek god in other. I hope to RP with many new faces - so come on, I don't bite.
8 : I will make a 4 character limit , however as the RP progresses people will die - so I suggest having 2 characters to start. You can also only reserve 2 characters at a time.
9: I will allow art for your characters since cartoonish human art is allowed - make sure they are properly credited and follow all of the WP regulations or this rule will be redacted.
10: This RP is not a heavy romance RP and their may be some hints of it so I'll get this out the way - no romances between your own character [the exception is if the character has a deceased lover or one that'll die later on.] Also, you are allowed to have your characters be siblings, cousins, and etc.
11 : Don't be the character constantly disrespecting the superiors and higher ups - it can be fun but it's also annoying. After all why do
you want your character to constantly get in trouble.
12 : Any questions are to be asked via PMs - I don't want this thread clogged up.
13 : I understand that backstories are fun and giving characters angst and tragedy makes them spicy, but come on - not every single character needs a sob story, but also please don't anyways make your characters have the best or perfect life. Happy middle class families are nice to hear about. But also be creative with this.
14 : Make sure to read everything !
15 : Have fun ;)

Ula Livius-Fraiser | Queen of Biora | Female

𓇼 ⋆.˚𓇼 ⋆.˚𓇼

Servants swarmed around the Queen, trying to cover every inch. Ula had to resist the urge to swat them away. They are doing their best, she thought heavily. Her gaze drifted toward the window - past it - toward the sea. She had visited the temple of the Sea God, Tyrfinyssul, earlier that morning, leaving offerings and whispered prayers for a peaceful meeting with the demi-gods. Her reflection drew her attention again. Her brown hair streaked with silver was pinned atop her head in a formal style, not a single curl out of place.

She bit back a grimace and smiled politely at her handmaid, dismissing her. The door had barely shut before Ula’s hands were already working through her hair, pulling loose curls free to frame her face and weaving seashells into place. Much better.

Another servant entered the room, stopping abruptly and immediately eyed the Queen’s once-tamed - now deliberately undone - hair, annoyance sparkling in her eyes. Ula shot her a look, daring her to comment. The handmaid’s eyes lowered to the ground, a soft blush creeping up her neck, as she moved forward and helped the Queen into her dress.

Her gown was a full ballgown - deep blue like the ocean itself with mother of pearl details - and she appreciated how it allowed her black tattoos to remain boldly visible. She brushed her fingers over her white pearl necklace with its blue-green seaglass pendant, grounding herself in its familiar weight. She barely had time to breathe - not that the corset allowed it anyway - before the handmaid tightened the laces to near suffocation and hurried her toward the door. This was going to be a long day.

“The Royal Council is assembled in the Main Room, awaiting your arrival with the Demi-Gods,” one servant said, breathless as they caught up to the Queen and ladies-in-waiting.

The Queen raised an eyebrow in his direction. “And my son?”

The servant’s cheeks flushed as they stumbled over their words. Ula lifted a hand to silence them and walked on before an answer was given. She wasn’t concerned - she knew her son understood his duty to the crown and kingdom. He would not embarrass her.

As Ula made her way through the castle, chaos swirled around her - servants rushing to prepare for the arrival while trying desperately not to get in one another’s way. She briefly wondered how easy it would be to slip away unnoticed.

She hesitated for the faintest moment at a doorway leading to the kitchens before a lady-in-waiting gently but firmly prompted her forward. This wouldn't be the first time she had slipped out of an important meeting. The ladies-in-waiting acted as herd dogs to get the Queen from Point A to Point B without delay. Ula blinked hard, swallowing the urge to roll her eyes as she was herded outside. The air bit at her skin - colder than she had anticipated.

As she descended the steps, her aquamarine eyes swept over the entrance, lavishly decorated for the occasion. It was ornate, almost excessive. Not her taste - but acceptable, she supposed.

As she settled into place, her mind wandered to which demi-god would appear first. She had heard rumors about each of them and wondered if any would truly live up to those expectations. Ula felt conflicted about how she should be approaching this moment. While she valued the Gods and Goddesses, she remained uncertain about what the divine children would bring.

It was not long before her son’s pearlescent hair wove through the crowd, briefly catching her attention but her gaze did not linger on him when sharp gasps rippled through the gathered court. Her attention snapped forward.

Fire wolves stood at the gates, their forms blazing and alive. Ula breathed slowly and steadily as she stared into their burning eye sockets. At their center stood Sorynthia - demi-god of War, Wrath, and Weaponry, born of the fearsome War Goddess, Corarina.

Queen Ula lifted her chin, unwavering, waiting to see if the Castle of Biora passed inspection as she watched the demi-god's eyes trace the structure.

Sorynthia | Demi-God | Female

Directly: The Queen, Heir

༺𓆩༒︎𓆪༻

Flame-like wolves prowled ahead of the War Demi-God, their massive forms slipping through the fog, softly glowing in the haze. Each paw print seared into the damp earth, hissing where fire met frost-kissed ground, leaving behind smoldering paw marks. Low growls rumbled from their chests as they advanced toward the castle gates, eyes glowing in the early fall gloom.

Behind them, Sorynthia walked - no, she stalked. Though the wolves were predators in their own right, they were merely heralds to the true huntress; she was the apex, and everything before her knew it.

The morning air was cool and heavy, mist curling around her armored frame as though the weather itself hesitated to touch her. She wasn’t fully dressed in her godly armor, she dressed appropriately for the occasion, not for war. A long ruby-red gown draped seamlessly over her frame, the fabric rich, contouring muscles rather than softening it. Subtle plates of blackened steel reinforced her bodice and ribs beneath the fabric, and thin, gilded bracers encased her forearms like elegant restraints. A dagger rested concealed at her thigh, another nestled at the small of her back. She was the Demi-god of Wrath, War & Weaponry, who would she be if not prepared?

She rarely went anywhere without the necklaces gifted by her mother. The first was a choker, a fusion of gold and blue steel, resting high against her throat, a single prominent ruby set at its center. Beneath it, a second necklace draped elegantly along her collarbone, another ruby encased in gold, its chain descending into a finely crafted golden dagger pendant that lay poised against her sternum. Both rubies were, in truth, blood rubies. Each ruby had been formed from the blood of her first kills, the gems personally forged with her mother’s hand.

Once the gates came into view, the fire wolves began to shift their unit, fanning themselves out before the castle entrance. Then their master emerged fully from the fog behind them, heels striking stone with slow, deliberate weight.

Sorynthia breathed deeply as she surveyed the castle, displeasure written across her face. Not only was it weak to infiltrate, the damned forgery was poorly done - crude seams, uneven reinforcement. This felt like an insult. Honestly, they could've asked for a little help and she would've gladly helped - free of charge.. Mostly. Truthfully, she was more upset about the poor aesthetics than by the easy access into the castle itself. Pity. She expected more, but could she really expect more when the Queen worshipped the Sea God and not her mother? Evidently not.

Her gaze finally landed on the Queen and the Heir, her eyes lighting with hungry excitement. A slow, lazy smile curved across her lips as she tilted her head - a distinctly predatory gesture. She lifted her hand in greeting, revealing fingertips fitted with slender, gold-tipped blades that gleamed like elongated claws.

Without breaking eye contact, a single word slipped through her red lips, “Svanja.” The syllables came out rough and guttural, more animalistic than human. At her command, the wolves disintegrated instantly, their fiery forms collapsing into drifting embers before settling into small smoldering piles of coals.

“Well... it is a pleasure to finally meet you, Queen of Biora.”
