JUNO - Quest to find the Lava King The forest greets you with cold air and a musty smell when you enter. Beside you, your Telekari shivers in fear. You squint, trying to see in the darkness of the Kaltain. Four trails are ahead of you, all leading in different directions. The first one has cobwebs strewn around the trees bordering it, and the second one looks like it was scorched to the ground. All of the trees surrounding it seem to be dead. The third path has little glowing flowers outlining the path, giving a small glow to light your way. Finally, the fourth one seems to be where the musty stench is coming from. Juno spent a while trying to decide what path to go down, but eventually decided to go down the one with the Scorched path and dead trees. "If this guy really is the so called lava king, it would mean that there's got something to do with fire." She carefully walked down the path, alert of her surroundings. |

JUNO - Quest to find the Lava King As you travel down the burnt path, you take a look at your surroundings. All the trees are covered in soot, and the leaves and twigs below you are charred. It grows brighter as you walk, and you can see more clearly. The path turns to black, grainy sand, and the trees thin out more. The sandy trail leads to a large pit, and you jump back before you fall in. The sand around the pit rains into it, uncovering some rocks around the opening. You decide to find a small rock and toss it into the pit, just to see how far it goes. The rock plummets for only a moment before crashing into water below. - Jump Into the Pit Ignore Pit and Continue Exploring Turn Around and Choose Another Trail - Backpack/Items of Use: Telekari Silver Armor Standard Sword Long Bone Sword STATS: +15 damage, +5 spirituality, +5 health, +10 agility, +15 stealth, +10 protection, +7 strength, 100 HP |

JUNO - Quest to find the Lava King Making up your mind, you jump into the pit. The scenery around flies by too quickly so you can't get a clear shot of it, but you see flashes of greenery and warm glow all around. You hit the water, which is suprisingly warm. Bubbles swarm all around you while you paddle to the shore, not a single injury to be seen. The shore is gravely and dark, small pebbles rolling under your paws. They're are fireflies all around you, leading to a large tunnel to the right. JUNO - Quest to find the Lava King You climb up the rocky stairway, pebbles tumbling past you. As you enter the tunnel, you shiver at the drop in temperature. You squint in the darkness, pressing against the wall of the cave so you don't lose it. Soon a small light emerges from in front of you, and you jog towards it. A little booth greets you, with bottles and other trinkets surrounding it. Behind the desk is a large wild cat wearing a strange top hat. "Why hello there! I'm Bruno. I haven't seen folks like you from town in a while. I fell in through the big hole in the main cave, and never really found an exit." He says, laughing. "Anyways, I mostly just find a bunch of things around the cave and sell them to travelers like you! Want to see what I have?"
