*her mood lightened when she said that she was good friend and she was interested about the voice and tried to summon it after she left but it wouldn't listen so she went to Spirit and laid beside her, using her body as a block to let Spirit relax a bit*

SpiritWind slept, and felt Star on one side, and later WhiteStorm on the other. This time, her dream was different.

Its was windy once again, but instead of snow it was rain. It soaked her pelt, weighing her down. The orange orb was joined by a purple one, and they seemed to be... Talking? She got closer, slowly thanks to the rain, and tried to call out to them.

WhiteStorm looked at Star. " Hey, so we haven't really... Talked since you came here.So..... Hmmm.... Uh.....How'd you come to know SpiritWind?" He was trying to make conversation, but he was never really good at it.

*she chuckled lightly and said* we met when the pack was helping my origonal pack with the sickness, and i decided to join this one *doesn't mention that she was kicked from her previous pack* what about you?

" Grew up alongside SpiritWind. Friends from the start, my mother was HollowStar, and Spirit's was still called MaskedShadow. Been pretty close, and I was torn when she went to help your pack. But, hey, she's back and brought a new pack member. Not so bad. " He said. " Anything else I should know about you?"

SpiritWind lost the voices, but the orbs was still there. She still sensed her friends warmth, and was grateful. Her paws twitched while she slept. And from time to time she would mutter in her sleep.

*she thought about his question and said* not that i can think of *she decided not to tell him about her gift*

" Ah. Well, if you have any questions feel...feel free to ask." He yawned, and rested his head on SpiritWind's back. Closing his eyes and yawning again, " See you... In a moment Star... Gonna just...rest my eyes..." Within seconds, he was snoring quietly.

SpiritWind saw.... Another orb. It had the aura of Star.... But different? She couldn't tell, but then her mind aloud her to sleep peacefully, and her dreams disappeared.

*she chuckled and laid her head beside Spirit's head*

SpiritWind woke the next morning and saw Star, and felt WinterStorm.- I couldn't have asked for better friends...- She thought. Knowing they had probably stayed up longer then her, she slipped from underneath WhiteStorm and past Star to outside the den. Her Mother was sitting in the middle of the clearing. She padded over, and sat besides her. " Sorry... I haven't been supportive since HollowStar died. Truth be told.... I never felt deep down that you could be leader." She was glad her mother didn't take this hard.

" You've made good friends." She nodded to the den were Star and WhiteStorm slept. " And will have a good mate. And most likely rise to be a good wolf." She licked the top of SpiritWind's head. " Being honest is a powerful ability to have. I'm proud." She said. And the two sat together.

*she felt her wake up and stired a bit but didn't completely wake up, cuz her instincts had been right on Star's part at least, she had stayed up really late, unable to relax for some reason, and she sensed Spirit's mom's pride, and after a bit she woke up and stretched before heading out and hunting 3 rabbits, saving the best and second best for Spirit's mom and Spirit, in that order, and eating the third one before she came back, and she laid the best one at MaskedStar's paws with a gentle and respectful bow and laid the other one at Spirit's paws with a beautiful smile* good morning

" Morning Star!" She said happily to her friend. " Thanks!" She crouched down and started eating the rabbit. MaskedStar did as well after, giving a respectful nodded to Star. " Thank you, young Star." After they finished, SpiritWind stood up. " Wanna go visit the Lake, Star? Its beautiful in the colder months! And, hopefully, with that pack gone, it will be peaceful. " She tipped her head. But MaskedStar interrupted, standing up as well. " Actually, I was wondering if you could come on a walk with me, Star. It won't be too long." She asked. SpiritWind dipped her head.
