Fae wasn't sure at all about that. Yes, she had been the one to say they needed another base, but she hadn't planned on a place like that. She didn't even know where they were...

She turned around to tell Starfire, but he had just passed her by, taking off in front of her eyes. Oh, great.

Fae instinctively faded, crouching down. She was alone, now. Why didn't she just shut her big mouth?

No. It was no time for crying: they trusted her, Starfire trusted her, or he wouldn't have left her there. She had a mission. Right?

Not feeling better, Fae turned around to memorize the place and the entrance, and looked for a tree to climb on for a better view.

It had been difficult for Void to land because of all the trees so she was only able to land after Starfire, she landed quite close to Stryker. She looked down at him and smiled a bit as she watched him try and transform.

Starfire/FH Alpha/M:Void, Stryker, Fae

Starfire looked pleased with Stryker as Void came down. He looked over at Void and said, "Void, keep helping Stryker. I'm going to go check on Fae." Nodding to Stryker, he took off and landed an hour later in the jungle. Almost passing the entrance, he hollered for Fae.

Phase/FH warrior/M: None

Phase padded through the area,her wings dragging beside her. She jumped into the sky and flapped her wings, going to the borders to check on it (sorry I don't know what to say)

Fae had thought she managed to get over her anxiety, at least until she found out the one thing looking like trees didn't have branches. What she was supposed to do, then?

Well, at least she wasn't panicking.

Sniffing at the trunk in front of her, Fae noticed the bark was thick. She pawed it and let the claws sink in. It held on. And there came another insane idea.

Paw after paw, Fae climbed up until she saw a little bit of sky. Come on, she had done it countless time, even if she always had something else to hold onto.

Don't look down, don't look...

And then a roar came out. Starfire?

She mewed in response, but froze in horror as she felt her muscles give in. It was just a matter of time, and it was too high to jump...

Starfire/FH Alpha/M:Fae

Starfire heard a mew and padded to a tree where he heard it. Hearing a creaking he looked up to find Fae holding on for dear life. He started to climb spreading his wings to catch her in case she fell.

Stryker practiced with Void using Starfire's method until he was able to shift into the form of a winged-wolf like the other shifters for a short amount of time while getting to know Void better. Soon, Stryker felt that he could shift into the wolf easily enough and thanked Void as they headed back to camp.
