Faith Faith swiveled her head, "A little bit. I'm usually surrounded by warm bodies so I'm not usually cold." Faith said, thinking about the foxes and how they liked to stay warm. Fluffing up her feathers, she let out a piercing screech before hearing a return call not from an owl, but from a fox below. The only way she could tell was from a slight hitch in the call. "Is this your normal home in the forest? Or do you come from the mountains?" Faith asked, tilting her head slightly.
Icicle
Icicle cocked her head and narrowed her eyes in thought. She only knew of two birds that could speak wolf and one was small. The bigger one should be hanging around here somewhere. She heard the call before smiling. "Well snakes do love you so I would say definitely. And Seya is quite good at talking with other animals, from what I've seen. Anyhow, to say hello to a snake is a low purring sound. Like this." Icicle continued before letting out a low hissing purr. Hello. The snakes swiveled her way before letting out the same hiss. Hello. Icicle flicked her ears smiling at them. "Now you try." She said to Yang. |

She had been forced from her spying tree and home to here just by the road where humans where coming and going. She shivered and struggled but she didn't want to break her wing so she called out in a pitch that a human can't hear. She knew that if a human could hear her than they would find her and send her to a small place with cages galore.

Windstream | Female | Snowy Owl *Quiet, aggressive* Windstream looked around. "I'm not sure. I.. Woke up here. I remember almost freezing a few times but now? I don't know. I'm so cold I can't remember." She shivered again and tried to ruffle up her feathers to get warm. This didn't help her get warm at all. ~~ Yang | Male | Lone Wolf *Protective* Yang looked at the swaying snakes and gave a chuckle. "Alright." He said and then let out a low, slow hiss. Hello? He blinked as the snakes instantly looked at him and practically all squeaked a hello at him. He lowered his ears at the snakes and the constrictor snake hissed at the others to calm down. A few did, as they knew what she could do to them, but some continued swarming Yang with hellos and she launched from his yang to his body and headbutted another snake off of his body. The snake was shocked and looked at her before looking at Yang then at Icicle. What did I do wrong? The snake asked Icicle before sadly slithering to Yang's paw. |

Dark Knight Dark Knight Looked at Seya and says "Much better, thank you" He itches his good ear. He looks back at Seya "Are you hungry? I can get us something" he gets up ready to leave and hunt. - Calli Calli stalked the Badger in front of her when it wasn't looking she pounced and wrestled with it before it went limp. a few weeks ago, if she had tried to pick it up it would be too big for her, but now that she is almost Juvenile she picked it up easily. |

Dark Knight "I'll go with you, it's just my ear, I can still hunt" He gets back up and starts walking out the cave he turns his head "you coming?" He asks. Knight smells a dead badger and thinks about heading towards it no, that's someone else's kill and turns his head back to Seya. |

"I'll help you hunt. I'm not really good at hurting the animals, but I can plan out where they are and you can hunt them." She looked at him with a smile. "Teamwork." |

Dark Knight Knight smiles back at Seya and puts his nose in the air he can smell a squirrel too small he turns his head in the other direction but all he can smell now is the badger and his mouth waters he looks to Seya "I can't rely on smell, or hearing so we might have to walk around and look" |

Seya | Female | Wolf| *Shy, Anxious* Seya sniffed the air and flicked her ears. She looked at a nearby squirrel and heard it chitter something to her before scurrying away. "There's an old deer this way." She motioned where it was with her head. She made a mental thank you to her mother for giving her the gift of hearing other animals speak and then thanked the squirrel. "Come on. It's not too far." She smiled. |

Dark Knight Knight followed Seya to the deer and watched it graze on the grass He stayed low to the ground and moved slowly so the deer won't hear him. He walks a tad bit closer but steps on a branch and it snaps. The deer goes running away but Knight pounces on it scratching its hind leg so it can't run away. |
