Alexandra nodded and ran to get the ranger. Abraham began to relax as he stayed by her. The park ranger went to the cave and ask "What happened?" He was unsure of what had happened but all he knew was that Abraham could not be in the cave while he was injured. Abraham look up at the park ranger and began to wake Amber up. He was calm. |

Amber shook her head, seeing the Ranger " Oh hey.. Thank god your here... I have no idea what happened. He just told me he hurt his paw.. I didnt know what to do.." she said walking to him slowly " What has to be done? Is is serious? And will he be ok? were her questions. She knew that he would have to be moved to get him back to normal " Can I stay with him? He hates it when Im not beside him" |

The park ranger said "Alright. We will need to get him to other place so that he can heal his paw. You can stay with him. He seems to be a lot calm and peaceful when you are around." He look at her and waited to see where they going. He stayed by her side and was waiting. The park ranger said "I can carry him to where we can get him." Alexandra was waiting to see if they needed her help. |

" I just hate seeing him in pain, just like he is with me. I need to help him in any way possible. If it werent for Alexandra and her help, I dont know what I would have done" she said smiling at her before turning her attention to Abraham " Alright, fluffball, time to get movin'. Gonna get you to someplace else to help you heal, ok?" she kissed his head before looking at the ranger " Alright go on ahead, ill be right beside him. " |

The park ranger said "I can understand that. You and him have a special bond. First time that I have seen that. He trusts you and you trust him. Do you have any place that we could put him?" He look at her. The park ranger pick Abraham up and began to carry him to the truck. Abraham was watching them as he was calm. He was still cared though. |

" I dont know.. My place my be the best for now. Come on and follow me. It isnt far." she eyed Abraham before stroking his head and towards her truck. Starting the engine, she waited for the ranger to get behind her so she could lead them to her place so Abraham had some place to rest while in healing mode for the next few days. |

The park ranger got in his truck and began to follow her. Abraham was laying in the back of the truck since it was easy for him. Abraham was worried that he might not be able to heal but he was willing to try. The park ranger said "Thank you for letting him stay with you." Abraham knew that once he healed, he would have to find her a thank you gift. He was falling asleep during the drive. |

" Hey no biggy. Im glad to be of service. I love animals, so I would do anything to help him" Amber said finally reaching the house and getting out of the car and walked to the door and opened it " The room is up the stairs and to the left." |

The park ranger park his truck behind her car. He got out and went to get Abraham. The park ranger pick Abraham up and carried him inside. The park ranger said "Thank you." He smiled and he was glad that she was helping him. The park ranger was listening and he carried Abraham to the room. The park ranger laid him down and went downstairs. The park ranger said "Thank you. If he needs anything just call me or have Alexandra get me." He left. |

Amber nodded as the ranger left and got out of her driveway. She grabbed an extra blanket from the closet before walking up the stairs and into her room. She stopped at the door and saw him, laying there. asleep. She walked towards the bed before climbing in slowly and stroked Abrahams fun " Oh Abraham." she whispered " You are gonna have to stay here for the time being. I didnt know anywhere else." She then looked away as she got herself settled and covered on the bed before grabbing a book and began to read where she left off. |
