Shadow & Raven Raven flew over the forest in lazy circles. Scouting. Again. As if they were going to find anything interesting. Raven didn't know if there were any gifted people like him and his brother, not that Shadow really cared, but he wanted to find out. Right now however, they needed a place to stay. Raven could not bear another night sleeping in the woods. Great eats yes, comfortable no. Raven spotted a lone cabin and circled for a moment before dropping down to shift. Fur replaced his feathers and he padded around the cabin before going inside.
Finding everything was good, he walked back outside to wait. As normal, his shadow lengthened before merging with the shadows from the forest. A moment later, a silhouette of a teen walked out, his brother scanning the cabin. "Looks good for now," Shadow said, frowning slightly at the ajar door. "I checked it out, we should be good for a couple months before we need to move again." Raven said, nodding to the cabin. Shadow tilted his head before nodding. He walked forward and Raven took one last look out to the woods before following him in.
Flame
Flame sighed, leaning back on the tree. She hated to admit it but she was lost. At least there was trees...and rocks...and a stream. Argh she hated the forest, everything was flammable. That's exactly what she wanted to do at the moment too. Light something on fire. Maybe blow something up. She eyed the leaves on the tree before dismissing the thought. Nope, she was not going to start a forest fire. Dead giveaway of what she was. And she would rather not let anyone know of her gift. Or curse. Whatever she was in the mood of calling it.
Flame sat down, well it could be worse. She could be surrounded by trees ready to be burned down. Oh wait-she was already there. She leaned back, yep, it couldn't get much worse than this. Did she really just think that? It could rain. The skies stayed clear though which was a good sign. For now at least.

I think they just reached the house.)) Dallas He waited for everyone to get out and when they were, he jumped out of the window, and asked "Anybody know what time it is? I can't tell since my watch is smashed." he said looking his watch over. "Man I worked hard on steeling this thing." he muttered. Edited at March 17, 2022 07:43 AM by Nightwalkers

Amity shifted her weight on her feet, anxiously thinking. I have no idea where we're going, and I'm too scared to ask.
