Rules:

When a wolf gives birth, they have a change of dying from childbirth.

If a wolf flees battle or reaches 1 in either hunger or thirst, they may lose a life.

If a wolf runs out of lives, they are dead. All wolves start with one. The leader has 9 lives.

Warriors become elders at age 10, with the exeptions of leaders, deputies, medicine wolves, apprentices, and battle wounds.

An apprentice becomes a warrior after they have defeated at least one prey and predator in battle, 2 predators, or 3 prey.

A wolf may not be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

After an apprentice becomes a warrior, they are sent out on a border patrol. (Representing the vigil in the series)

Deputy becomes leader if anything happens to the current one.

Apprentices have 1 season to be promoted before being retired (Excluding medicine wolf apprentice)

Warriors are classified as Senior Warriors after 5 years of service.

If everyone in the party flees and only the pup (if there is one) is left, the pup dies.
