| My partner has really bad anxiety, but its focused on something being medically wrong with them (such as rabies or tetanus) and them dying from it. If anyone knows a way to help pm me. They have a doctor appointment next week to talk about it and maybe get anxiety meds after their fears are dismissed, but until then I need help figuring out how to help their panic :( |
