I really like reading! I would spend hours just reading if I had the time. My favorite genre is fantasy, but I don't mind reading other genres. My favorite author is probably Brandon Sanderson, although Chris D'Lacey is a close second.

My Philosophy as an Artist

Criticism is a good thing! When I show someone some of my work, I want them to criticize it. I want them to point out that my color scheme is screwed up, or that my proportions are a little off. If all people do is tell me that my art's good the way it is, how will I ever improve? If someone asks for feedback, don't be afraid of sounding like a jerk for pointing out mistakes. Any real artist will be grateful for your input.

Of course, there is such a thing as non-constructive criticism, which is when you tell someone that their work sucks without telling them why. Keep criticism constructive! Offering suggestions is infinitely more helpful than just saying, "Your art stinks", which clearly indicates that you have no idea what you're talking about. If you're going to tell someone that their art is bad, you should be able to tell them why so that they can improve.

Roleplaying

I enjoy roleplaying, and I'm open to most topics! These days I tend to only do MxM pairings if the topic happens to be a romantic one. I also don't usually enjoy roleplaying humans, but if the plot is interesting enough I can be persuaded!

I do prefer roleplaying partners to be reasonably literate, but the occasional spelling or grammar error isn't a big deal! I'm not too picky about reply length either, I'll try to aim for at least a paragraph most of the time but as long as I get enough to work with, massive replies aren't required!

Also, if you want to be done, let me know. Don't just stop replying. I won't be upset!

Random Stuff

You spend your whole life gathering guests for your funeral.

There is nothing more unpleasant than realizing that you have somehow spilled syrup on the inside of your clothes.

When making toast, cut the bread with a non-serrated knife. This will produce a much smoother cut, which makes it easier to spread butter.
