| Imagine being mentally sound. Wow. I can't believe some people just exist who are just normal. Right now I'm focused on seeing if I have undiagnosed ADHD :') we love comorbity Dude maybe I should try clubbing again! I do miss going apeshit on the dance floor. But now it's like. Loud. Smelly. Sticky. |

| @ET I haven't done this in a while xD I used to get home after clubbing and order an XL pizza all to myself because nothing else was open. This really brings me back True! I'll note that down when I administer self-care this winter break |

Enigma A looot of therapists who offer online sessions will be parts of groups and have certain accreditations. Most of these groups will have a list of their members! In the UK there's the BACP [British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy] and they have a list of accredited therapists which is pretty extensive :] Many therapists have a free uh,, what's it called,, consultation? And you can see if the vibes check out. |
