| Marsh ... filegarden allows me to replace an image without changing the link? Because if so I'm using it for my WP inflation study, I am not manually reuploading a new image to gifyu every week then copy+pasting it into WP forums xD |

| as long as you upload a new image with the same name it'll ask if you want to replace it. it just takes people's cache a bit to catch up since cache will save the old image, it wont force refresh people's cache is the only thing. |

| I have no clue. She said she hopes it doesn't take too long though. If anything, I think quite a few people may be on HEE. If I get bored enough and have the time, I'll hop on myself for a while. |
