| @Eve Its frustrating because it didn't used to be like this. My old downstairs neighbor was great. Didn't party too loud. Didn't bother me. Didn't have kids they "babysit" that littered everywhere and harassed me and my pets. |

| @Eve I'd also love to move where my dad lives, in the country, if I save enough to get a camper he said I could move onto his land, but they both work from home so they don't have room for me in their house. |

| @Eve I'd love too! I just don't have the finances right now, I'm working really hard for it though. I'm hoping to move back to the town my last apartment was in, I'd need enough to break my lease here, and start a lease there. |

| You could move to the suburbs in a house where the landlord is renting a room, or a finished basement. Something where the rent isn't all on you. |

| My cats used to be able to sit in the window and enjoy themselves. Now if I get home late literally me unlocking my DOWNSTAIRS door, that isn't even to my apartment, just to the stairs, triggers my neighbor to go on a rampage for hours. |
