| @Ink I mean I try not to give into the frantic stuff but eh.. I mean as a kid I was undigonst with Autisum so could be why now im like this amd that sounds like it sucks |

| @Serpents I completely understand that. My best friend actually was treated that way too, she struggles with similar issues. As well as my ocd, I do whats called "rumination" and essentially its "overthinking" which is a compulsive behavior that feels like I'm fixing the problem, but really Im just reinforcing my ocd and intrusive thoughts |

| @Ink its mostly just my mind overthingking and I try that XD and its okay I mean for me I now think its due to past real life things where those I befriened suddedly bullied me so now I over think if Im being to much if I come off harsh if I messed up |

| I guess its basically an exposure therapy? I know it works for my OCD, but it may not work for other things. Having something to reassure my doubts only reinforces my ocd, leading to more spiraling thoughts that lead to those exact feelings |

| @Serpents I've been there at times. I think sometimes the only way you can get over it is to accept those feelings. There isn't a way to "fix" everything so learning to accept uncertainty is the first step... At least, that's what I've been working on with myself personally. I don't know how else to describe it to be more clear/ blunt ^^; I know its not as easy as just saying that however. Its a long process but I struggle with OCD and forcing myself to accept the moment of my feelings seems to improve the overall anxiety from it |
