Rev And my howlers lowest howl this go round was a 21 and yet your total score is still higher |

Do not recommend. If I pull a true all nighter, my brain lags on the exam. This is why I set a timer for an hour and a half, sleep, wake up and get back to it. When I feel myself slowing down again I take another snooze |

Rev, Can I steal your howler? XD I think mine have only gotten top 10 before |

This is a personal best for Ampert, I wonder if it will be enough to win the FMC -WP Click- |

Ah, so Enigma is not real. Got it XD I don't understand people who can operate like that lol |
Enigma |
Yeah, so it's what I said, nap shorter than 30min. The 90min one is what I prefer when I'm trying to get some "sleep" rather than a refresher. I don't experience much sleep grogginess when I do that |
Red River Wolves |
Enigma, Harvard's advice is to reduce grogginess when you wake up. Which is basically the opposite of everything you just said lol |
Enigma |
@Red My advice is for all nighters where you need to perform on an exam the next day, I find putting away SOME sleep will enhance performance on the exam itself |
Red River Wolves |
Enigma, Harvard says 20-30 minutes because you're not supposed to even get into a fully deep cycle SunGaze, Midnight of the 10th meaning 24 hours, so you have all today and next rollover it ends |
SunGaze |
I take day naps for like 1-3 hours without my consent >.> like I get so tired I cannot stay awake lol |
SunGaze |
Sorry this sounds dumb but do you mean like in 24 hours or 48? (midnight is confusing to me sorry lol) |
Enigma |
Napping when you're supposed to be sleeping is a roulette. If you HAVE to nap, make it shorter than 30min and leave all the lights on, or make it last a single sleep cycle (roughly 90min) so you wake up feeling less groggy |
