Cyber writing and sketching are my biggest escape from the reality I'm living in, so is music. My friend irl does *not* help me when I'm stressed, honestly he just makes it all worse and he knows he does so he continues to do it to tick me off |

Zee I'm in a much better place now in life, but I wasn't always. Can relate </3 I found setting time aside when I was alone to vent my feelings in writing or drawing or just sitting quietly thinking, helped when I had to wear a mask elsewhere and 'ignore' the feelings at those times. Following it with something to de-stress / relax is important, too, even if all i could get was a few moments of that held calm before back into the chaos. |
