Biography
As a pup he wanted to be leader of the pack but he was the runt of the liter and his mother new he would never get the chance so when he was older he left. And one day wandering he spotted a beautiful female wolf named Sheba. They started traveling together and found a perfect unclaimed territory. They settled down and had other loners join the pack. Then Sheba gave birth to his first pup Forze. A year later missil came and took over the pack but died a half year later of being stabbed by an elk so Arbiter took over the pack again and now lives happily to this day.
