Biography
'Yowai' was the name given to her by the alpha female who had stood over the female who had birthed an only cub. Yowai soon lost her mother after she was born into the Dark-seeker pack. Her mother had not been permitted to have a litter that spring and this resulted in a choice between life or death. If her mother chose to live, Yowai would have been driven out of the pack. If her mother chose to end her life, Yowai would have been spared by the alpha pair, to grow up alongside their litter. Yowai's mother was a weak coward, valuing her life-which was soon drawing to an end because of her age, over a young life form who'd only just begun her life's journey. Yowai was turned away, as a punishment for her mother choosing her own life over Yowai's, and so one evening, as she was left in the den while the pack hunted, Yowai took herself away, rather than having to face her mother, and the pack she had grown to love.

Yowai disliked the name which she had been given, once she had discovered it's true meaning-'Weak' She searched and search for a different name, but nothing stood out to her, and as the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months, Yowai was forced to curl up in a hollowed log, shivering silently as the seasons began to change. She wasn't sure how she'd survived this long alone, only on sheer wits and instincts. For months on end she would shelter inside of the rotting tree log, until she reached her first spring, aged one. She thought about the name ' miracle' but she didn't like the sound of it. She thought of herself as a pest, not a miracle. If she was indeed a miracle, why had the pack she was born into make her mother have to choose? She did not hold the answers to that.
Upon having come face to fave with her very first spring, Yowai was not too keen on the ever present scent of males around, this confused her. If they wanted to play with her her, why had they not shown themselves earlier, as pups, so she could possibly have another female wolf to look up to and call her 'Mother' This, Yowai did not know the answer too either. Once Yowai decided that she could no longer hide in the rotting log, despite being riddled with bugs, and having hardly any muscle tone, she sadly left her 'home' and set out, on the scent of one male in-particular.

Yowai had her nose to the ground, twitching, her mind focused on one male's scent. As it grew stronger, she could pick up a nearby female, and another male. Skirting around the outside of their marked perimeter, Yowai could see a cream female [Misaki] laying next to a male whom seemed to be a lot darker [Hayato] than the female at his side. Yowai scrunched her nose up and sniffed the air again. That male was not the one she had scented.
Yowai lowered her head in sadness. The scent she had been following had led her here, but no other male could be seen, apart from the already bonded pair, laying contently together.
Lost in her thoughts, she hadn't noticed a male, similar to the one who she had already seen, creep up behind her, before he announced his presence.
"Hello. Do you have business here? If not, Please vacate the premises." He spoke in a calming, yet firm tone of voice. Yowai spun around, putting herself in a defensive position. "W-who are you?" She asked the male-the one she had been looking for earlier. [Kareshi.] "Who might /you/ be. I'm part of this pack, you're not. I want an answer immediately." He told her as he sat back watching Yowai shiver. "I...I...I...My name is...I mean..." Yowai paused. "I'm Kyoumi, unwanted pest taking up space in the world." She blurted. 'Kyoumi?' She thought. Maybe that was my name. "Well, Kyoumi. I can not permit you to stay here. That is entirely up to the alpha pair." Kareshi spoke again as he got up and turned away. "Hurry along now. Don't waste time." Kareshi told her.
Yowai stood and quickly followed Kareshi. "My name's Kyoumi here. Not Yowai." She told herself as she padded after Kareshi.
