| Perfection is the thief of progression. The more you want it to "be perfect" the more frustrated you get and the less you actually progress. Sometimes, things just won't ever look quite right. That's okay. I mean, as long as it's better than a medieval drawing, you've got that going for you! |

| Vex something I've found helpful for this is taking a reference photo and putting it in a digital art program. then you decrease the opacity and break the reference down into shapes |
