Biography
Ritual, originally known as Clarity, was born from a lone wolf and never knew her father. She was a single pup. Since young she had an special connection with the occult and spirits, it has been said that it's thanks to her eyes.
Her mother, whose real name she never heard, took an outstanding care of her, making her wise and knowledgeable of canine culture. She did as much as possible to help her and lead her, some winters having to go trough hunger to feed her.
As she grew and became more independent and strong, her ability to see and sense spirits grew with her. From only sensing them to being capable of seeing them and interacting with them. The transition caused distraught and constant fear when she did not understand completely the situation she was dealing with. After she reached three years, her mother passed from old age, only making her situation even more hopeless. That was, until the Spirit of Nox approached her.
The Spirit of Nox was a minor, almost extinct deity, which was the founding alpha of an already dissolved pack. She was venerated and adored by those members of the pack and thus she ended up becoming a protector spirit and eventually a minor, relatively powerless Goddess which roamed the earth. When Nox noticed Clarity could see her, she spoke;
"Young wolf" she said "I shall grant you a quest in my name, and in exchange you shall be given my eternal blessing, you and your children"
Clarity remained silent, refusing to even glance at her.
"Find one of my descendants and fund a pack, create a home and consecrate it under my name. Pray and chant to me and I shall reciprocate" With that, she vanished.
Clarity sight and stood... At least now she had something to do, a new family to find.
During her travel she meet various wolves which showed interest in adding her to their ranks, but she would confer often with Nox to know if those wolves where known to her, with no luck and Nox reminded silent during these times.
Eventually, one winter, she stepped near a new territory and noticed an interesting smell, which she was enticed to follow. An odd colored male walked onwards and looked at her with his odd-colored eyes, growling lowly.
"Go outsider, we do not welcome those like you"
The moment he spoke, her eyes sparkled. She did not know if it was thanks to Nox's influence or her own feelings but eventually Nox manifested next to him. "Sterling, wonderful. Great great grandchild of my eldest daughter" She told Clarity while glancing at him.
"Sterling" The greyish wolf muttered slowly, which took him by surprise making him disrupt his defensive stance.
"Do I know you, stranger?"
"No... but I have a preposition, if you would like to join me, I can explain it"
And with that... they left and funded their own pack, waiting for better days.
Eventually she was known by strangers as The Ritual wolf, and she accepted being called Ritual.

Kind and loving. Really wise from what she has heard and learnt from spirits and ghosts. She is overly spiritual and perceptive, which makes her a great guide and teacher in those matters.
She is loyal to the minor Goddess Nox, with which she confers often.
